In comes Yelp, and a search, for, "Grass Eaters." Anderson landscaping popped up, is veteran owned, sent a message via Yelp. He responded quickly, set a time to look at my land, so he could give an estimate. He walked the land and we had a nice chat afterwards about price, when he could do it and of course military stuff. He is very polite, honest, works hard, fair priced, and was prepared to work, when he got to my home. I would recommend him and use his services again.

They put in plants we didn't even pick out. We were told them would put down weed preventer before finishing our front yard and it's now full of weeds. Very frustrating and we ended up going with someone else to complete our front yard who had it done in two weeks. Wouldn't recommend them unless you don't care when the work is completed.

I received a quote from them and approved for them to do the work. Brian said he could fit me in between jobs and my job would be no problem. I got the quote in April 2019 and Brian stated it would be done by July 2019. At the end of July I called and he stated they were swamped, however, the work would be done by October. Well October came and gone and the job was not even started. No call...ZERO communication. The only communication was when I called him. This April 2020 I get a call asking me if I still wanted work done. I told the receptionist I wanted part of the bid completed since I had done some of the work myself. She stated great Brian will call you to set a date. Guess what? Brian never called. I called back twice and talked with the receptionist and no call back from Brian. I would not recommend this company. Poor communication and unprofessional.

I agreed to show up 8/27/18. I worked 2 days for Mike Robbins the owner at Lawns R US on 8/27-8/28/2018. I was never paid for my work as an employee of his on supposed payroll. It's been almost 3 months, No check or mailed paycheck or phone call to come pick it up. I left after 2 days of work because of how he talked to his employees and he didn't believe his 4 employees telling him that the driver didn't hit anything. I also got bad vibes when I didn't receive any paperwork to sign about starting wages and job title. I wasn't going to keep working for someone who verbally said $12 an hour and not produce paper trail. Now I have to file a claim with labor board because my stomach feeling was right to quit my job at lawns r us. So after posting a review Mike magically found my number to issue my wages. Took almost 3 months. He said the check got returned with no evidence and put different working dates.
