Most unprofessional company ever if you can even call it a company, called them to repair a broken window in my car, their shop closed so they only do mobile repair. They sent 2 people who were high on drugs, one of them left a piss bottle in my car and they ruined my interior door panel changing the passenger side glass. WE HAD TO CALL THE COPS!!!! Horrible experience. We have been waiting for our order for the past two weeks and every time they come up with some bs excuse as to why they don't have it done. We went to their shop in the morning demanding to know exactly when we will receive our glass. We were told that if we don't get it by 4pm today, we will get our FULL refund back. They called us later to ask to come at 6 because it wasn't ready and when we came then if still wasn't don't. THEY DID NOT GIVE US BACK THE FULL PRICE!!!! They took 100 to themselves and refused to give it back. We literally had to call the cops because they tried closing down the shop in front of our faces. HORRIBLE person this Nick guy is. i sent him a deposit and he promised me to get the window glass for my car. this A.hole kept making excuses for 4 days, saying stuff like oh my driver is on his way, he'll be there in 30 mins, oh the car broke down so we have to put the glass on another car than come to you. after this he said he will give refund which he stopped replying to me. i went to the police and make a report on him. Great service. Very friendly. Best price in town. I called 5 shops and they were the cheapest. They have been in the business for years and get the job done right and fast. CON MAN STAY CLEAR Zero Star review My car got broken into and I needed my window fixed. I find Nickysautoglass on google and without reading reviews I call them (shame on me). some guy Nicky picks up tells me they don't have window in stock and to leave them deposit so they can order it and replace the next day!! Drove to him and left a deposit of $50 he said call next day to make appointment to fix window. Nicky first says come in after 11am. So I call him as I am driving to his shop to get window fixed . He tells me he is little backed up come in 1230pm . So I come in 1230 pm , he is running around dealing with his employee . He tells me give him 5/10 minutes, window is in the shop next door and he needs to get it down from somewhere. At this point it is 130pm and the guy Nicky who took my money disappears with his employee. I call him he tells me the window is now magically not in the shop next door but in his metal storage container and his employee locked it and they can't get into it. He says give me 10 minutes we are breaking this lock and we will install your window. Now it's 230pm and Nicky isn't answering his phone anymore. After sitting around waiting for another hour and half, it is 4pm no Nicky and no employees. also no answers about the window and his phone is turned off. So I had no choice but to leave. A few hours later he texts me and says that he is sorry and if I come back tomorrow morning he will install window or give me back deposit!!! It took him 3 days to give me my money back, with story after story after story why he wasn't able to give the $50 back everyday a new story (Nicky should have been a story teller) He finally texts me after three days of me chasing him around and says to go pick up money from some guy at the shop, when I get to the shop he shorts me $10 and leaves note saying he will see me tomorrow with the $10. I text him and tell him to keep the $10 he obviously needs it more then I do. He then starts to try to belittle me by telling me that he makes $700,000 a year and his car is worth $150,000. The guy couldn't pull out $50 from his pocket to give me back my deposit. Again stay away this guy is a story teller will tell you what you wanna hear and won't deliver on anything. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE! I went here to get my rear view mirror fixed, they told me to leave a deposit down and they will have my mirror that same day. I went back at the time they told me it would be there and they were closed! I gave them another day and they said their guy has it in his truck to come and get it in a hour. This place is horrible. I woke up on Xmas to my my rear passenger window broken out. I didnt have time to get it fixed immediately because I had to work. I went to work 2pm to 10pm. when I came home I crashed and called nicks auto glass at 7am on 12/26. Asked about getting the window replaced and was given a price. I agreed and asked if it could be done before I have to leave for work at 12pm. I was told sure I'd get a text around 815 with a time to make sure I can get to work. at 815 I get a text saying someone can come to my car between 1030 and 1115. cool. By 1130 there was no call so I called back. I was told it was delayed but if I went to work, someone would come to my job. I said okay. I got to work for a 2pm shiftt. its now 639 pm and guess what. no one has come yet. I been texting the owner all day trying to get an exact time the person would come and have been getting the run around. Asked for the repair mans phone number so I can ask him directly, still no response. fuck this place. they wasted my entire day. I could have took it somewhere else and had it fixed by now. Avoid this place!! My door glass got broken, I came to this place and they ordered the glass for my car. On the time of installing the glass, they broke some part of rubber, my window started to noise every time I push the button to open or close the window. They did not fix the problem ! Plus they didn't installed original glass but charged my insurance company for the original glass. I got scammed! read more

I went there on Saturday morning to fix side window and they told me to wait for 2 hrs. In 2 hrs they told me to come back at 4 pm. I came back, but they were closed. And this was repeated every Saturday and several times on weekdays during 2 months. They took 100 $ deposit and since then I did not get any service or money back. Chris says he has no money. Chris told me to call him on his cell, and I did, next day the man's voice on the phone said it's a wrong number. I called the same number from the phone of his worker and he did answer! Then he told me my glass is being there for three weeks somehow waiting for me "next door". His worker said there is no glass.
