The snarky attitude and dismissive way Christy talks to people is absolutely horrible. You start to ask questions and she gets defensive and transfers you to someone else. Paul was not much better with the way he speaks down to people, then tells you if you don't like it go to a different dealership. Not the best way to deal with an already stressful situation.
