I consider Marc Elias the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have bought & sold 13 homes since…read more1974 so I've worked with many different realtors over that span of time. I've had some good ones, some average & also some very bad ones. All have been straightforward list & sell relationships with no consideration of the personal side of purchasing or selling a home which are two major life-changing events. Marc Elias is none of those. He works with both buyers & sellers on a personal basis with a complete understanding of the emotional impact on his clients. He is knowledgeable, efficient & most importantly trustworthy. He always keeps his client's needs & considerations in mind during the entire buying/selling process. As a side note, he helped my wife & I through a very traumatic process of selling our home in NC with his advice & counseling even though he had no financial interest in the selling process. That's just the kind of person he is. I didn't hesitate to use him as our selling agent for our condominium in New Albany. We were dramatically down-sizing & moving to a retirement community in Nevada. Marc on his own personally helped us with the downsizing effort as well as the selling process. He was head & shoulders above any other agent I've ever worked with. He knew the market well & provided invaluable insight into the pricing strategy for our area. He was actually going to go door-to-door in the neighborhood to notify residents of our condo for sale after the listing came out but didn't need to as an offer presented itself within days of the listing. But that's the kind of selling effort he practices for his clients. He also worked with us & helped guide us through the whole selling process with the buyer & title company., making sure our interests were protected. I can't say enough good things about Marc other than to say I would recommend him as a realtor for anyone who is buying or selling a home.

During our first meeting, we were able to convey our needs and expectations with the sale of our home, and we felt that Jesse gave us that honest and realistic feedback that we needed which ultimately lead to our decision to list with him. He set-up a quick turn-around for getting the property photos done and marketing our home. Jesse was great with offering suggestions to make the home more appealing to buyers, and it was immediately posted to several real estate web sites. Our home went up on the MLS on a Monday, we had a strong offer Wednesday evening, and we were in contract by Friday! With Jesse's suggestions and negotiating skills, we had our buyer on the first showing of our home! Afterwards, Jesse kept in close contact and kept us aware of how things were progressing with the sale until the final closing. Jesse was right on the mark with pricing our home, he created much interest in the property, he was very easy to communicate with, and he was great about making himself available to us and keeping us informed. We couldn't have been more pleased with the final result, and we would recommend Jesse MacKenzie to anyone looking for a Real Estate Professional who is willing to put in the time and effort for you!
