The showing was scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, between 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Shortly before 7 p.m., I received a message from the third-party listing service indicating that the realtor was trying to contact me. I then contacted the phone number provided in the message. When she answered the phone, in an erratic manner, she simply stated that she would call back. She never called back, nor did she show up for the appointment. It seems very clear that when she realized that I was not a realtor, she simply decided not to show up. It seems that this individual has no sense of human respect and decency.
