One couple from Bexley said they'd flown in their daughter from WI to see home. Another friend called during Open to ask why it wasn't Open as shown on all website, including Remax, call not returned. Closing occurred and agent didn't show up, or even congratulate us by phone, email, text- my husband and I were surprised. Not a good experience and we were clearly not a priority even through our home was listed at $425k and sold for $415. As note, this is my first complaint ever on a professional in any business.
