We were standing in line at the Customer Service desk between 1 and 2 in the afternoon on Friday, 7-17-26 (the employees at the desk were really very nice - and patient, seeing what they have to deal with) but the line was beginning to really pile up. A delightful brunette lady customer asked an older lady-employee with long, blondish-gray hair, wearing a pink t-shirt and glasses about getting another person to help them out. WHAT I WITNESSED WAS SO RUDE - the older lady in a very sarcastic tone talked to this customer (who was only trying to help us) in a very condescending tone that there were already two people at the desk like she was stupid (or a 5 year old), that there was nothing she could do and proceeded to walk off. We were all shocked at the way she addressed this costumer who was polite in asking for help. It wasn't what the employee said, it was how she proceeded to talk to this woman. I tried to get her name and talk to a supervisor, but I didn't see her the rest of my trip so I'm resorting this way of communication. Totally uncool and inappropriate. Many people in the line agreed this employee was really rude!

The stuffed cabbage used to be excellent, but now it's not only flavorless, but it's 95% rice with a hint of meat. The staff at the hot food and deli counters are basically unfriendly and generally act as if you're bothering them if you try to purchase something. Randazzo's used to be excellent, now I prefer Nino Salvaggio's, at least the staff is friendly, and the food doesn't come pre-made from Sysco.
