Got in line and noticed 4 lines open. Waited another 10 minutes in line. None of the lines were moving. I was 4th in line. The cashiers didn't smile nor were friendly. Speed nor friendliness is Not to be found here. Also the tight aisles to maneuver through are a safety factor. Not worth going here. it took me longer to get the ribs and pay for them . So frustrating.

We were standing in line at the Customer Service desk between 1 and 2 in the afternoon on Friday, 7-17-26 (the employees at the desk were really very nice - and patient, seeing what they have to deal with) but the line was beginning to really pile up. A delightful brunette lady customer asked an older lady-employee with long, blondish-gray hair, wearing a pink t-shirt and glasses about getting another person to help them out. WHAT I WITNESSED WAS SO RUDE - the employee in a very sarcastic tone talked to this customer (who was only trying to help us) in a very condescending tone that there were already two people at the desk like she was stupid (or a 5 year old), that there was nothing she could do and proceeded to walk off. We were all shocked at the way she addressed this costumer who was polite in asking for help. It wasn't what the employee said, it was how she proceeded to talk to this woman. I tried to get her name and talk to a supervisor, but I didn't see her the rest of my trip so I'm resorting this way of communication. Totally uncool and inappropriate. Since we usually shop at Nino Salvaggios, (which we really like a lot) it was an easy comparison between the two. Randazzos carries a lot of products that Nino's doesn't and vice versa. So it was nice picking up some foods that Nino's doesn't have. One thing that stands out not only here, but anywhere is the friendliness of cashiers (or lack of). Nino's cashiers are time and time again much friendlier and something as simple as that is what a customer remembers and keeps them coming back since it's the last interaction with the store as they exit. I may still shop here occasionally though because it's closer to home, but it won't be my first choice.
