The lack of disclosure regarding this difference prior to signing the contract has left me feeling confused and uneasy. This extra percentage will result in a loss of thousands to tens of thousands of dollars based on the final transaction price, which is not a number to be taken lightly. Furthermore, I am disappointed with the quality of service I experienced during this process. It has often been difficult to reach the responsible party for assistance, and basic matters such as lights being left on and the garage door being left open were not properly addressed, which led me to question your professionalism. Given these experiences, I have decided not to seek your services again at this commission level, and I will not recommend your company to my friends. The initial asking price for my house was $499,000, after which the agent urged me to lower the price. I adjusted it to $489,000, but I insisted on selling for at least $480,000. Your agent repeatedly suggested that I lower the price to $470,000 and even cooperated with the buyer's requests, which I found very disappointing. The final price of $480,000 was entirely the result of my own insistence and effort; the agent did not provide me with any substantial support. His actions simply amounted to collecting a commission. I hope this point is clearly understood, and I look forward to a more professional performance in the future." From the very beginning, I made it clear that I wanted to do a 1031 exchange. However, when the first buyer placed an offer, he had no idea how to proceed with it and even needed my friend in Seattle, who is a realtor, to guide him. Then, when the second buyer made an offer, he still forgot about the 1031 exchange and I had to remind him about it. This situation really makes me question whether he is qualified to be a realtor. People don't complain for no reason. If you do a good job, I will certainly praise you; if you don't, I will honestly express my dissatisfaction. Do you really think the issues I mentioned are something you can overlook? Shouldn't your company's employees take these shortcomings seriously and work on improving them? They want to pay me 1200 to withdraw my review, but compared to the one percent commission they charged me, it's simply not worth it. PUBLIC NOTICE Statement Regarding Unlawful Eviction and Threats -Douglas County, WA On October 24, 2025, officers of the law delivered an eviction notice to my friend at her place of employment, allegedly issued by Nick McLean and his associates at Overcast Law Offices. She was told to sign the documents or she would be sued, and that if she and anyone residing in the home were not out by Thursday, October 30, 2025, they would all be arrested. There was no lawful court order or writ of restitution authorizing an eviction. Upon contacting the Douglas County Superior Court, it was confirmed that the quiet title and ejectment case involving the property was still open and pending, with no hearing scheduled and no eviction order issued. Despite this, due to the threats of arrest and intimidation by individuals acting under color of law and in coordination with Nick McLean and Overcast Law, my friend and the other occupants were forced to vacate the property. They complied under duress out of fear for their safety and to avoid being unlawfully detained. This action was not authorized by the court and constitutes an illegal eviction and abuse of authority. There are witnesses who observed the delivery of the notice at her workplace, and she retains evidence that the property was obtained through fraudulent means. Unfortunately, my communications are being blocked through suspected man-in-the-middle attacks and interference with my electronic devices. Attempts to obtain help or legal assistance have been rejected, and false claims and judgments have been rejected, and false claims and judgments have been entered against me without due process. I fear for my safety, and I am asking anyone who reads this statement to please question what is happening. I am not alone-there are other victims experiencing similar abuses of power and influence. This incident reflects a troubling pattern in Chelan and Douglas Counties where vulnerable residents-often without legal representation-are subjected to unlawful evictions and intimidation tactics by individuals and entities with local influence.
