These guys seemed nice up front. Our refi did not work out so we spent $$ for nothing to pay for…read morethe appraisal. Then later our mortgage company informed us a payoff total was ordered. We did not order it and the only people who could have was Taylor Mortgage Loans because they had the loan number and details. This payoff total order cost us 30 bucks from our mortgage company and should never have been ordered by Taylor Mortgage Loans until they knew if our refi was a go or not. Due to this issue I can not recommend this company at all. They refuse to respond and talk with us concerning this issue and we know they are receiving our email. If you do business with them, be sure to tell them up front not to order a payoff total from your mortgage company until your refi goes through. Shame on you Taylor Mortgage Loans. We are warning everyone we know to stay away from you.
