I started with MOT's great service Dave does a 1st class job and is very diligent in his inspections. Since 2020 joining them is Ryan, a top notch guy very friendly and helpful accomadating the customer with great satisfaction. My car needed some work after the MOT, Ryan booked it in at the earliest convience and my car was back o the road in no time. They are a good garage with honest pricing and great workmanship. It's good to still have this type of business in Cheltenham, it's friendly, honest and the best garage in town for MOT's and repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone. John V

A complete refusal by the owner to even talk about a refund even though the exact same fault is still on the vehicle that I first went in with. I have since taken it elsewhere and the fault has been easily dealt with and rectified at half the price! The fault had nothing to do with the shiny, expensive new part that this garage decided to charge me for.

Low and behold, I did (this has never happened to me before unless it's been an MOT). Not only were they quick and efficient in their work, they have been so honest too. Part of the works was I had an oil leak. When they took the oil box off, they realised they didn't need the particular part they had for it. But what was needed was a breather pipe. (this made the costs slightly cheaper) They put a temporary one on so I could take my car home and until the actual part came into the garage. Two days later, the part was fitted and I drove away at approximately 08:40am and was still on time for work. I would have been none the wiser, so their honesty for me speaks volumes. What a great team Mark and Ursula make! My son had a…read moreproblem with intermittent faults on his brake and indicator light on the rear of his 2011 Renault Clio. Despite a few attempts from the local garage the fault kept coming back (after we spent quite a lot of money...). A quick google and I found that C.A.R.S are relatively local to me so sent in a web enquiry on a Sunday afternoon. Ursula called me on the Monday morning and after an we had a chat she booked me in with Mark for the Friday morning (the only day I had off that week). I met Mark and he quickly discovered what the issue was and set to fix it. Mark explained about the fault and showed me where it was which will be very handy for the future. During his work Mark realised the (cheap) bulb the garage supplied was at fault so replaced that with a quality one, he also noticed a tracker device installed on the battery which we had no idea was there! From start to finish Ursula and Mark have been brilliant, the fees for the work are reasonable and I have already been recommending them to friends and family. If you any problems with your car electrics please go straight to the experts rather than a garage, you'll save yourself time and money! Thank you Mark and Ursula, I hope not to have to contact you again about my sons car, but I suspect another fault will no doubt appear!
