I took my car here for its' MOT - which I could book online! I turned up and they were waiting for my car, tested it and fixed the faults. It didn't cost the earth and I went back to work with my car fixed and MOT'd for another year! It was really good that I could book online and have an alloted space. The price was reasonable and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. One thing to beware of is the slippery floor just outside the door to reception - if you have flat soled shoes on, you might fall - and that's not a great thing to do in front of a bunch of guys! read more

I had my car serviced here since 2012 but I'd mislaid my service book. Kwik-Fit were brilliant. Head Office searched their records for my service bills and emailed me copies. I then found my car's service book and I took it with my copy of the bills for this garage to update it with their stamp as evidence of proper servicing. This they did with alacrity so I can sell my car for top dollar. read more
