I don't know anyone who can honestly say they have been here and left without feeling cheated. I have been many times over the years and don't have time, space or wish to stir up the pain they have given me and my wallet. I no longer have a Ford or reason to ever visit these clowns again and strongly suggest you avoid going there if you are thinking about it. My Ford Mondeo recently broke down. The AA attended and said that the timing chain had probably slipped a couple of teeth. I had it recovered to Bristol Street Motors in Gloucester. They eventually got around to looking at it 3 days later and then after another 2 working days told me that the timing chain had slipped and it would cost £3400.00 to fix. The warranty company turned down my claim and Bristol street then offered to knock £1000 off the estimate for repair. I said no thanks but they still charged me over £500 for looking at it. My advice.... If your Ford is not covered by a warranty check some of the independant garages or smaller Ford dealers for a cheaper price. The people I dealt with were all couteous and answered my questions fully and frankly. read more
