I met with Tony, who handled all of my business in one meeting. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure I understood everything. He covered a lot of information to ensure that I could get the maximum refund. Within a few short weeks, I got a letter stating my taxes were completed and I could come in to pick up the returns. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their fee is more than I've ever paid to have my income taxes done before, and it's more than I've seen a lot of others pay as well. After the last two years, I was willing to accept the rate in exchange for having this handled quickly, correctly, and conveniently. Maybe it's just the cost of doing business. Admittedly, I don't have that much of a basis for comparison. If it turns out to be in line with other comparable businesses, then it's a five star experience here.

I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job.
