This group does such a Professional job. I work with Fabian O'Connor. He send me a tax preparation planner in January. I usually get everything together and carry it down as a pretext to visit Troy Hill but it could also be done by scanner/email. My tax drafts are sent to me by secure email complete with backup and two-year comparisons category by category. This is a useful sanity check. Another trip to Troy Hill on a sunny day to sign and enjoy the view and taxes are done. I receive file and summary statements and notification of filing. The people are friendly and helpful. It seems almost a sacrilege to enjoy filing tax returns but I do, even back to back with a trip to the dentist. Friendly people can make onerous tasks joyfull. I highly recommend!!

My 2020 taxes are still not resolved as one of his associates did not file my taxes for years and this was brought to Jim's attention on multiple occasions. I now have a tax bill of over $20,000 due to fines and penalties associated with his inaction and negligence. I have been trying to get this resolved for years and once again, his company is in no contact with me. Poor customer service, bullying, negligence, and loss of money is all that a consumer will get with Jim Lange.
