My husand & I first stumbled on Tammy's work while reviewing the seller disclosures for a condo in Palo Alto that she had inspected. Having reviewed many, many other disclosures for other properties, we were absolutely blown away by the thoroughness and scrutiny of the report. Our real estate agent commented the same- that it was one of the more detailed reports he'd seen in his several decades working in the Bay Area. I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for Tammy. Concerned about the thoroughness of the seller's inspection report, I decided to arrange my own inspection. I was lucky to find Nicholas Premium Inspections via the American Society of Home Inspectors website, which I visited because it was recommended to find an ASHI certified inspector. Setting up an appointment via her company/receptionist was a simple affair. Even I provided the seller's inspection report to Tammy, she was able to find quite few other defects in the property. As I was following her during the inspection process, we were able to talk about many of the defects she found in the house in a relaxed but very comprehensive way. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for the industry all contribute to a very thorough and useful inspection/report.
