I found a special that Sean was offering on Groupon for some personal training sessions and decided to try it. Since my very first day of training Sean has made me feel so comfortable. Once my Groupon sessions were over there was no question as to whether or not I would continue training with him. Every session is different and he has tailored my workouts to what my goals are. Even when I change my goals out of the blue, he can restructure whatever we we were going to do that day to accommodate whatever body part it is that I want to work on. I have NEVER been a person that enjoys working out or going to the gym. I have bought memberships in the past and never ended up going because I am very uncomfortable in crowded gyms with a bunch of people around. Gyms also make me feel very self conscious and quite frankly I don't really know much about what to do when I get there. Being able to have a trainer has taken away all the anxiety that I would typically get going to a regular gym. Logic Fitness has had a HUGE positive impact in my life. Sean pushes me farther than I would ever have pushed myself. He makes the whole workout count from beginning to end. I NEVER have to deal with a crowded gym because Logic Fitness is a personal training gym. At best there is one other trainer with their client there. My advice to whoever may be reading this....Go to Groupon and buy the sessions on special. It is such an incredible deal that even if you only go to one session you will still get your monies worth because most trainers cost well over $100 a session. I guarantee that once your Groupon sessions are done you will want to continue training with Sean. It is affordable and totally worth the investment because you are investing in yourself :-)

I worked with Eric for a little over a year, and he essentially changed my mind set and approach to…read morehow I was working out. I consider myself an advanced lifter, having lifted weights for almost 20 years since college (I'm 43 now). While most of that time was more of a 'casual' lifter, after an injury caused a prolonged absence from playing my favorite sport, hockey, I turned all my focus to the gym and lifting. Over the last 6/7 years, I'd continue to work on my physique with several other trainers, bulking up and cutting down to an eventual 160ish lbs./10% bodyfat. The pandemic hit, and I maintained around 170lbs/12% bf. I eventually plateaued in some of my lifting and decided to try to do another bulk and reach out to someone more experienced than me in the field. That's when I stumbled upon Eric. After an initial consult with Eric, I could tell he was as passionate about the gym as I was and understood where I was coming from. We discussed my status at the time, what my goals were, and how he could help me achieve them. Prior to working with Eric, my mindset was probably more weightlifting focused. I can say that while/after working with Eric, my mindset changed to think and perform as a bodybuilder. While I think I can put up some weight, he's helped me realize that it's not all about how much you can lift, but how you lift it. Eric built my programs around my abilities and goals, all while taking my current physique into consideration. That is to say, he's helped me bring up lagging body parts that I hadn't really thought to put much focus on before. This of course has helped other movement patterns across the board. The programs and the approach implemented have also at times, been humbling. Even for the length of time I have been working with him, his programs have provided a lot of variety and have been challenging. Eric has also assisted me with improving my form on specific movement patterns, pointing out the tiniest thing that could use correction to allow for greater results. Not only have I gotten compliments on my results from working with Eric, but I often get compliments on my form, and get asked for advice quite often from other gym members. Eric is also very supportive in helping work through any physical ailments/injuries that may come up. Even with the best of form, sometimes it's easy to tweak a muscle with the constant stress it endures. Eric will adjust accordingly and advise on how to recover correctly. He also (obviously) knows the ups and downs of the process and how the mind works throughout, so can offer that support to the mental side of things - which is exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for results and a strong support system from someone who has the experience and has been through the grinder themselves, I'd highly recommend reaching out to Eric. The approach he takes is one that aims to yield sustainable results. Just remember - the results you get of course, are a direct reflection of the work you put in. Stick with it and the advice he gives, and he'll get you to where you want to be. Trust the process.

Eric is not only a master at his craft but a master teacher. He is able to communicate concepts and movements very clearly. As someone who did not have a strong foundation in the gym, I was looking for a trainer who could create a bespoke program and help me master form from the ground up. From day one, Whitney was encouraging, thorough, and helped me feel welcome in an environment that had at one time brought me a lot of anxiety. She was able to diagnose the muscular imbalances that were causing pain, and we set out on a routine that truly transformed my life! I, like many of us, spend a lot of time working on a computer and my posture really suffered from it. Whitney focused on strengthening and lengthening muscles that were previously pulling my head and shoulders forward, which has reduced a ton of neck & upper back discomfort and improved my posture overall. She also helped me build strength and better muscular balance throughout my lower body and abdomen. Over the 7 months we worked together, I lost 30 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle, while also eliminating the lower back pain I had been struggling with for years. I lost 6+ inches from the areas that were causing me the most insecurity, and gained definition in my glutes, shoulders, back and legs. My time with Whitney recently came to an end after I moved to another part of town, but I would absolutely still be working with her if I could. She and Byron genuinely transformed my relationship with my body, instilled confidence and strength I had not been able to access on my own, and have laid the foundation for me to continue (and even look forward to!) a lifelong fitness journey.
