While we were in the store Richard showed us his latest toy - computer software that he can use to design the perfect piece right before your eyes. He showed us how he could take any ring he has in stock, enter the ring's code into the computer, and then manipulate it to make it exactly what the customer wants. For under $100, they replaced the stone & shined this thing up. No need to heat it or do other ridiculous things that some other jewelers had suggested, likely just to scam me.
