This is our third visit here. We came twice last year, once was the grand opening evening. The food each time was wonderful. The chef is creative with a knack for presentation & great taste blends. Tonight we started with cocktails that were well prepared and tasted great. We each ordered the crab salad for a starter and WOW. It was fabulous. I have posted a picture. It's the one with the green roll (yes green) which is stuffed with the crab salad and sits on a bed of a slice of watermelon. You are missing out if you do not order this starter. For our entrees, we ordered Turbot & beef filet (with osso bucco). The Turbot was cooked perfectly - light and flaky and presented in a very tasty yet delicate lemon cream sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly and served on a nice bed of mashed potato with a tasty reduction. The bonus here was a small sausage skin filled with a couple of tastes of osso bucco! We ended with the chocolate mousse for desert. Once again, we were rewarded with a great presentation and taste experience. By the way, our server, Demba, was top drawer - very pleasant and attentive. If you come to this area it's a big mistake to not schedule NICHE for one of your meals. read more
