My truck was towed after being in a store for five minutes. It's a scam, the parking lot looks like a city parking lot which has free parking on Saturday and Sunday. So I thought I was parking for free. I came out of the music store and my truck was gone. I thought it was stolen. There are no signs in the lot who to call or warning that vehicles would be towed at owner expense. I swear I thought it was a city lot. I went back to the music store and said I need to call police. They just rolled their eyes and said I was towed and told me who to call. I had to get an uber and they took me to a seedy part of town with rude staff. I paid my 125 dollars. Everything is cash only, so there is no paper trail. No card transactions, no receipts, nothing. This feels illegal to tow cars from an unmarked public parking lot with nothing said. Got the truck started in five minutes and I remembered he had come out in snowy weather to jump the battery before. Please be careful reading reviews and believing every thing you read. This dude that towed my car got disrespectful after I was respectful to him. I parked somewhere, that I didn't see the signs, for no longer than 5 minutes to simply pick up food from inside of a restaurant. I come out to the guy towing my car and I begged him to let me go since I was there (it wasn't even hooked up yet) and he told me to go f**k myself. I then lost it on him and got extremely disrespectful back with him and he was calling me names and wouldn't even let me get into my car to grab my belongings! I had no ride and he responded to me by saying "you got shoes on your feet. get to walking" I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a company and he charged me 150 dollars when it should've been 125. He scammed me. Thought about reporting this company to the police because of that. The tow guy wouldn't tell me the phone number OR location of the company telling me "read the signs like I should have if I know how" Finally, I suspect he went through my car. Last night my daughter and I watched a driver pull up on a homeless panhandle and threaten him. This is not the first time this driver has done this. Usually he throws objects at the homeless man. This time my daughter and I saw the whole encounter go down. The homeless man said nothing and was not in the road or did anything to be threatened at all. I did say something. This man is actually 90% blind and has multiple health problems. He survived being shot in the head, being hit by a car, and a host of other things only to be bullied and threatened by another human. My husband called their office and made a complaint but all that did was cause the man to drive back by and threaten him again and he even told him he had been called and complained on. This company has employees who think it is fun to harass the homeless and thinks their behavior is appropriate to threaten those less fortunate. read more

These guys are amazing with new trucks and equipment and have seasoned professional skill. They pulled my dodge challenger out from over a hill on icy roads on a steep back road it was in trees and brush and large rocks without a single scratch. Used them last year and they are quick and courteous they had very little wait time. I would recommend them every time! The owner of this company is a real piece of work. As a business owner myself I have never bashed any company online but what happened today really shocked me. The owner of the company towed my employees car out of the holiday inn which had a parking pass in the car. After calling and notifying him he told him he would be there in possibly 30 minutes to give him a ride. I told him I would need reimbursed for his mistake as he was still on the clock and that's when things became interesting. I drove him down to the tow lot and his employee would not release the car until the owner showed up. We waited for 45 minutes until two trucks showed up. He immediately gets out of the truck telling us how he is going to assault us and how we were not going to cuss at him ( I had used profanity during the conversation but not directed at him) which somehow led him to believe I wanted a fight. He continued to scream telling me to jump at him while we were inside the impound lot, to "do something" and so on and so forth. Needless to say that was about the extent of it along with some more name calling and asking to "jump" as we walked away laughing at how hysterical this guy was acting. I hope triple a drops your ass again sometime in the near future and what's sad is I always request you guys which obviously reflects the employs but after this I hope you lose everything. I have seen their drivers just driving around looking for cars to tow. I was told that after the car is on their truck, it cost $100.00 to get your car back after it leaves the lot. What a scam!!! They towed our car while we were at a local restaurant eating. We parked behind the restaurant in a spot that was not marked as a tow away space. When we realized our car was missing the restaurant manager told us to call Nicely towing. When I called they said they had towed our car and we must pay $100 cash to get it back. They were rude and obnoxious towards my husband and refused to let him see the car before he paid them. They also didn't want to write him a receipt for the $100 cash! Just called for a tow and was told that because they used to tow my company trucks and now I let another company do it that they won't tow for me anymore. The only reason I switched companies to begin with is because they left me with a company truck stuck in a parking lot for 4 days while continuously telling me lies that they'd be there that day again and again. This company is part of the AAA system and as such you would think that they would honor the AAA time frames. AAA said that they would arrive within the hour. It took many attempts within and after the hour before I could even reach the company. The initial driver had said that he tried calling, yet I had no missed calls on my phone, so he went on to the next call. It seems to me that if someone puts in an emergency roadside assistance call that you'd go to the stranded driver FIRST, BEFORE going on to anyone else. That's common sense. As it is, it wasn't until I finally was able to connect with the company that another driver was sent out. These are not good business practices. This company refused to transport a Combat Veteran and his certified Service Dog after being called to Kenova, WV on an AAA call. They also refused to tow the Veteran's truck which had a fuel tank rupture. I am gravely disappointed that a fellow Veteran and his Service Dog were treated with such disrespect by both the driver and company's owner.
