I went to everybody to fix my truck all I needed was clutch cable changed but because everybody said it didn't need replaced because I was driving it it didn't need changed. I was being looked at as just being a female I didn't know anything about trucks nobody would listen to me. He was the only one and fixed my truck!!! I am truly grateful!! read more

My truck was towed after being in a store for five minutes. It's a scam, the parking lot looks like a city parking lot which has free parking on Saturday and Sunday. So I thought I was parking for free. I came out of the music store and my truck was gone. I thought it was stolen. There are no signs in the lot who to call or warning that vehicles would be towed at owner expense. I swear I thought it was a city lot. I went back to the music store and said I need to call police. They just rolled their eyes and said I was towed and told me who to call. I had to get an uber and they took me to a seedy part of town with rude staff. I paid my 125 dollars. I feel like I got mugged. I will stay out of Huntington WV from now on. read more

Freeloading joke of a company. They tow people off an app they don't even know how to work. They say "$125" and then offer "$100" to be nice. Owners need a new career or a lifestyle change if they can't work the app right and charge people accordingly. read more

if you find yourself circling the block off Hal Greer by Marshall University for a parking spot amid major construction, think twice about pulling into the mostly empty student lot on the corner, even if you will only be gone minutes to pick up an arranged purchase nearby. This was my situation yesterday. In the space of 5 minutes, Nicely's Towing had taken my car. They demanded $125.00 in cash for its release, no matter the short timeframe of the infraction, which felt like a scam as there were no signs cautioning against towing. So heads up. read more

They towed my car with no signs, no reserved indicators, and no one to contact. I had to pay $125 to get my own vehicle back from an old lady who was sitting behind her desk smoking a cigarette. Everything is cash only, so there is no paper trail. No card transactions, no receipts, nothing. This feels illegal to tow cars from an unmarked public parking lot with nothing said. This entire place feels like a money laundering scheme. read more

I needed a battery jump and AAA contacted nicely towing. After reading the horrible reviews I got scared and tried to cancel. He showed up and was the nicest person. Got the truck started in five minutes and I remembered he had come out in snowy weather to jump the battery before. Please be careful reading reviews and believing every thing you read. Thanks to AAA and Nicelys towing. read more

Nicely's Towing - Towing cars without being told to do so then charging students to fet the car back - Towing Near Me - Chesapeake, Ohio

This dude that towed my car got disrespectful after I was respectful to him. I parked somewhere, that I didn't see the signs, for no longer than 5 minutes to simply pick up food from inside of a restaurant. I come out to the guy towing my car and I begged him to let me go since I was there (it wasn't even hooked up yet) and he told me to go f**k myself. I then lost it on him and got extremely disrespectful back with him and he was calling me names and wouldn't even let me get into my car to grab my belongings! I had no ride and he responded to me by saying "you got shoes on your feet. get to walking" I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a company and he charged me 150 dollars when it should've been 125. He scammed me. Thought about reporting this company to the police because of that. The tow guy wouldn't tell me the phone number OR location of the company telling me "read the signs like I should have if I know how" Finally, I suspect he went through my car. My center console was open AND my car REEKED of cigarettes when I got back in it. Overall F these guys and they're nothing but a bunch of con artists. read more

Our car was stuck in the snow. The driver refused to come into the alley and pull it out. We took it on ourselves and pulled it free with a GMC and a cargo strap. I hope AAA didn't pay you for that. read more

pulled car from paid spot. Takes cash only, and offers to "drive you to ATM and tow yard". Complete scam. Avoid at all costs, and don't use parking that has an app to use. used metered parking only. read more

I am videoing all his tows and keeping track to give to the irs. Calling fbi for the criminal behavior very dangerous driver read more

I will not stop till he loses his job !! I was trying to post a review for the Nicelys on 20st , Everyone was fine and okay with me! when I come back to pay I asked what the law told me to ask and that was "what grounds did they have to tow my car!" a man walked in, and because I was trying to get him to understand my question. He got frustrated got in my face and started to scream at me. He even acted like he was going to hit me. I was scared for my life!! He looked like he had something wrong with one of his eyes he was older and I will get his name, but he had no right to disrespect me and act like he was gonna hit me.. I will not stop !! Beyond unprofessional. read more

I would give them zero stars if possible. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my life.

Last night my daughter and I watched a driver pull up on a homeless panhandle and threaten him. This is not the first time this driver has done this. Usually he throws objects at the homeless man. This time my daughter and I saw the whole encounter go down. The homeless man said nothing and was not in the road or did anything to be threatened at all. I did say something. This man is actually 90% blind and has multiple health problems. He survived being shot in the head, being hit by a car, and a host of other things only to be bullied and threatened by another human. My husband called their office and made a complaint but all that did was cause the man to drive back by and threaten him again and he even told him he had been called and complained on. This company has employees who think it is fun to harass the homeless and thinks their behavior is appropriate to threaten those less fortunate. read more

The people who run this business are awesome we called the first person and they said it was gonna be about an hour and a half before they showed up and it was gonna cost seventy five dollars then we accidentally called Nicely's towing and they were there in five minutes and only costed us fifty dollars definitely recommend read more

Call 4+ days trying to get something towed. With a promise of a return call, I had to call them. It still hasn't been towed. If I did have to give a rating I wouldn't have. That business don't deserve a rating at all. read more

These guys are amazing with new trucks and equipment and have seasoned professional skill. They pulled my dodge challenger out from over a hill on icy roads on a steep back road it was in trees and brush and large rocks without a single scratch. They are definitely worth gratitude for saving my investment the way they did! read more

Paid to park in a parking lot tonight. Got my car towed anyways. Why won't Nicely's towing make this right? I truly don't know they say it's not their problem. Moral of this story is do not park in the Huntington parking lot across from rio on 4th ave because they will tow you regardless if you pay or not. read more

Scam business who demand cash only and won't give you a receipt for the cash. IRS and State need to get involved and they need shut down!

Pulled up to my RUNNING VEHICLE and told me I couldn't park on the lot where I was trying to use my phone to find a tire because mine was about to blow out. Told him I would be moving in a minute and he tried to tow away my vehicle WITH ME IN IT! The guy was a total idiot. Worse excuse for a human I've ever seen! read more

Waited close to two hours for them to come inflate my tire then they charged damn near 40 dollars.

Total scum. They just drive around looking for cars to tow. They rush to get your car up and then sit and wait till you come around. They then demand $50 cash to lower it back down. Total con artists. And rude clowns. Use anyone else at all for any towing. Don't support these con artists. read more

The owner of this company is a real piece of work. As a business owner myself I have never bashed any company online but what happened today really shocked me. The owner of the company towed my employees car out of the holiday inn which had a parking pass in the car. After calling and notifying him he told him he would be there in possibly 30 minutes to give him a ride. I told him I would need reimbursed for his mistake as he was still on the clock and that's when things became interesting. I drove him down to the tow lot and his employee would not release the car until the owner showed up. We waited for 45 minutes until two trucks showed up. He immediately gets out of the truck telling us how he is going to assault us and how we were not going to cuss at him ( I had used profanity during the conversation but not directed at him) which somehow led him to believe I wanted a fight. He continued to scream telling me to jump at him while we were inside the impound lot, to "do something" and so on and so forth. Needless to say that was about the extent of it along with some more name calling and asking to "jump" as we walked away laughing at how hysterical this guy was acting. I hope triple a drops your ass again sometime in the near future and what's sad is I always request you guys which obviously reflects the employs but after this I hope you lose everything. And if the owner sees this...how about you jump next time big fella. I'd love to dance with you. read more

Had my car towed for 20 minutes and I called the guy two times and the second time I called he was screaming at me telling me he already told me that somebody was on the way. I never raised my voice or swore but he thought he could do both to me and then threatened to hold onto my car for another day and charge me for it. What a guy... read more

One of your employees decided to block my car while I was attempting to drive away. He proceeded to hit my car with his fist. This is no way to run a company. I have seen their drivers just driving around looking for cars to tow. I was told that after the car is on their truck, it cost $100.00 to get your car back after it leaves the lot. They did take $50.00 from a family member but I wonder if that money will see the light of day. read more

This company is a joke! They took three hours to show up and smelled of cheap vodka. I contacted the owner and he preceded to cuss me out and ended the conversation with a "Fuck You". i was also missing a king size Heath candy bar and a half case of pepsi when I finally picked up the car. 0 out of 10 stars would not recommen! read more

What a scam!!! They towed our car while we were at a local restaurant eating. We parked behind the restaurant in a spot that was not marked as a tow away space. When we realized our car was missing the restaurant manager told us to call Nicely towing. When I called they said they had towed our car and we must pay $100 cash to get it back. They were rude and obnoxious towards my husband and refused to let him see the car before he paid them. They also didn't want to write him a receipt for the $100 cash! The company name might be Nicely but the employees definitely weren't nice. read more

Just called for a tow and was told that because they used to tow my company trucks and now I let another company do it that they won't tow for me anymore. The only reason I switched companies to begin with is because they left me with a company truck stuck in a parking lot for 4 days while continuously telling me lies that they'd be there that day again and again. Amazing how quickly people will forget who helped pay their bills along the way. I cancelled my AAA membership because they're the only provider in the area. What a shame. read more

Don't use these ppl. They tow cars all over Huntington WV. They don't know what they're doing and skip, skid, drag, cars out of the parking lot, so if you had your car towed by them and are having transmission probs, I suggest you sue the city and/or state. read more

This company is part of the AAA system and as such you would think that they would honor the AAA time frames. AAA said that they would arrive within the hour. It took many attempts within and after the hour before I could even reach the company. The initial driver had said that he tried calling, yet I had no missed calls on my phone, so he went on to the next call. It seems to me that if someone puts in an emergency roadside assistance call that you'd go to the stranded driver FIRST, BEFORE going on to anyone else. That's common sense. As it is, it wasn't until I finally was able to connect with the company that another driver was sent out. These are not good business practices. I certainly would never use this company again. read more

This company refused to transport a Combat Veteran and his certified Service Dog after being called to Kenova, WV on an AAA call.
