This is one of the many food vendors in the Avenida Food Hall. The menu looks great, very broad.
I had the Ramen, which truthfully, wasn't that classic tonkotsu ramen that I was hoping for. First clue, it's a Korean restaurant, second clue, it comes with a choice of pork, beef or chicken.
I chose the pork, which was really good. It comes with two tempura shrimp skewers, lots of pork, and a perfectly spicy broth. Not really a ramen in my mind, but very good just the same. Although ramen in a paper bowl and a plastic spoon does take away from the experience.
Prices seemed a bit high, but I may be living in the before times. Service was very friendly, they actually brought the order out for me. I'll be back again for sure. My bet is that they'll be worthy of a higher rating with a bit more sampling. read more
