The trimmer and scissors also felt dull--it honestly felt like my hair was being pulled instead of cleanly cut. I asked for my long beard to be trimmed and shaped to look even and sharp, but it came out so bad that I'll likely have to shave it off completely. My first time walking in, unfortunately my haircut wasn't 5 star and now walking into the New Year with a bad haircut is not a good start for 2022 . The barber I had must just started cutting. Another barber from the first chair came and tried to assist him with my uneven blend. Also borrowed his shears cus his were bad. I even heard him say he got nervous when he cut the top side too short but the damage has been done to cut more, That made me nervous and said it's cool and got up, paid and tipped. Mike really took his time in delivering what he asked of him, paying close attention to detail and giving him a great experience. Came in today with my son and they were amazing the place is spotless, very friendly staff my son walked out with a great haircut... would highly recommend to anyone... Side not... I originally was going to Vice about 5 minutes away..and the owner there can't care less about opening up on time and then proceeds to tell his customers that the barbers don't come in till 1pm while the hours on the door say 11am.. poor business practice... will never go there again!!!
