I text her to get in contact with her she did respond in a timely manner she even recommended a hair supply store S&h in Glendale where I could purchase extensions from. I did just that. I then contacted her to make an appt which I was very excited about. I drove 1 hour and a half in traffic for this lady. Upon arriving not only did she give me the wrong adress 14801 which was a senior home. She didn't show up!!!! I text her numerous times after no response I headed home. On the way back she text me she had an emergency and that she was willing to make it up to me so I gave her a chance. She told me she would show up friday 11/20, she never made it. Again after numerous texts and asking her to pls stop leading me to believe she was going to make it she now PROMISED to make my appt (she would come to me) Saturday morning. It's 11:37 am, I am still waiting. I've reached out to her and she is not responding, I've left her voice mails and no answer. This was very unprofessional behavior she lied to me and I wasted my morning thursday, Friday and today based on her word which obviously to her means nothing. I'm very disappointed now I have this hair I can't return and I can't find another place that does extensions.

I then consulted other salons after receiving cut and color from here and was told that it was completely botched. (See the pictures below!!! | I also attached the reference photo that I showed her) When I asked to get a refund for my 180$ service, I was told that I had to either have her fix the mess or receive a 35$ refund. I did not feel comfortable having her redo my hair since she had messed it up so badly the first time, so I politely asked for a refund and was rudely told that she believes her work is great and that 35$ was all I would get back. Also,I was told I would be in the salon 2-3 hours, but instead was there for 5. I had an appointment, which I mentioned beforehand that I needed to go to, but she couldn't finish in time so I ended up leaving the salon with wet hair and couldn't see the horrible results until afterwards. While I was at the salon, her 1 year old was there, which was totally fine at first, until she began yelling for about 2 hours straight. I'm all about supporting mothers, but I'm paying for a service and having a screaming child while you're sitting back and getting your hair done was SO unprofessional.

Very disappointed…read more Like, "my crochet twists were falling out at breakfast" disappointed. Yes. ((insert eye roll)) I was sitting there, only 3 days after having my hair done, and two of the crochet twists just slithered out and fell on the grass... ----while I was sitting at the middle table... ---having breakfast, in the middle of the green... ----at an exclusive inn... ----in the luxury Rancho Santa Fe area of San Diego. That's Embarrassing... ----with a capital "E". My eleven year-old started laughing and teasing me, like eleven year-olds are prone to do. I had hoped to have the twists fixed during an appointment in two days for my daughter's hair-cut. We sat there in front of the salon, on-time for her appointment. My daughter started crying because the "neighborhood is scary." We waited for half an hour, during which time I was calling and texting Meghan to no avail. Making appointments to which you, an alleged professional, are a no-show? UNprofessional. Installing crochet twists that fall out within days? INcompetent. Having conversations about how you suck what on whom, how and where while a customer is in your chair? Nasty and ratchet. Saying it with a "there's no shame in my game" disclaimer? I'm here to bring the shame to those who need a heck of a lot more shame and who have zero game anyway. Never again. And stop sending me your emails, alerts, and texts. Blocked.

My appointment was at 1:30pm, but wasn't started on til 2:30. This wasn't her fault as her client came late, but I wasn't notified. Things happen, so it's fine. My main issue is the work and the pix speak for themselves. It's, in my opinion, a sloppy job. My hair is frizzy, the rubber bands show from my stitch parts if my braids are not worn in the front (which is how I usually wear them), I have little kitchens on the sides...which I guess could be baby hair designs if they were done, and one of the braids is NOT neat. She gave me 20% off as a new client and an extra $10 for the lateness (which I do appreciate), but this wasn't worth $50 and the amount of time and the drive it took to get here. She did offer to redo the bottom of one braid because I told her it was loose, but it was already getting late and it wouldn't have fixed the other problems - which, granted, I did not bring up at the time. I've included her work along with how my feed in braids usually look so you can be the judge. I'm extremely disappointed and wish I would've saved my money from the packs of hair bought and the work done. Forgot to add, she gave previous client's extra hair to her...guess mine is still there. Forgot it thinking about the job. Will be taking it down this week which is a TOTAL waste of money, but it's not a good look.
