Hands down, great campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It had 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The cabin was very clean and linens were provided. The cabin had a keurig and provided 2 regular k cups, 1 tea and 1 decaf. There was a blow dryer and air conditioning. Overall, it was comfortable. Outside, there was a picnic table and 2 seated glider. I spent every morning have coffee on the glider. FYI: there is a grocery down the street for the essentials. There are a lot of activities for kids and this is close to Clifton Hill. There are 2 pools that were in good condition and my kids loved the playground and bouncy pillow. We were actually frustrated because the kids would rather hang at the camp ground than do family stuff. There is a nice size shop with a lot of things if you forget anything and there is a restaurant/ bar at the front in the campground. One weird thing is that it is surrounded by a busy commercial area but you honestly don't feel like it when you are in the campground. It was nice when I went for morning runs to have a sidewalk outside the campground. The only down side of the campground was the WiFi was spotty at best. We can't really knock down the rating because of it because we were camping. If you are from outside Canada, you'll want to make sure you get a data plan. Hands down, we would come back. Great experience.

This campground was amazing, my family and I had such a great time. *Great location for our Niagara Falls visit.* They have a huge playground, wagon ride, heated indoor pool, spa and two heated outdoor pools, jumping pillows, mini golf basketball, and yes Free Wifi. Nice bathrooms and showers ~ very clean. I'm definitely coming back to this place next year.

Black Squirrel on the grounds. Not seen in the US

We started out tenting here but due to rain moved to their Hotel room up front. The facilities are top notch and clean. The Hotel room had everything including dishes, microwave, Coffee pot, etc... Go straight down Lundy's Lane and you are at Falls View in the hub of things.

Note-the tent sites didn't offer a ton of privacy, it was kind of open. It was very close to two bathrooms. It was very quiet. We were so impressed upon arrival. Everything was well marked and clean. The general store has a little bit of everything. The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered a lot of family friendly activities. We were there during their harvest festival weekend. They offered hay rides and cider and donuts by their bon fire the first night we were there. Almost all of their activities are included. They charge a fee for their zip lines. They offer free pedal bike usage alongwith boat usage. It is conveniently located to Niagara Falls. They offer late check-in and even check in for folks who don't have a reservation, if they have availability Saturday morning the store opened at 9 AM a little late for us since we were on the road by 845. The normal Yogi activities are non-existent for this campground, that is unless you are part of the daycare they bus in from the local economy. Those kids get to use the water slide the promote (your kids DONT, but they can watch the daycare kids for no charge, which is surprising because they upcharge EVERYTHING!). The normal Yogi craft center and the staff are used for the daycare, so don't expect the crafts, the candy bar bingo, or anything for the kids for that matter. You can even WAY over pay for Wifi which is free in most places. This park is a complete sham and is NOT a true Yogi, its a daycare with real campers footing the bill and getting property stolen.

Unfortunately, the campground we remembered had changed. We've visited a lot of campgrounds over the years, rarely staying in the same place twice. First, the positives: The kids enjoyed the playground and the basic swimming pool. The showers and bathrooms were clean. They had hot water, good water pressure, and doors that locked well. Now, the negatives: the posted rates are for two adults. Children are extra, $3 per day, per kid. Given that Jellystone bills itself as a "family campground," this seems excessive. But, the extra charges don't stop there. WiFi access is $5 for 3 days for 2 devices. A family of 6, with teenagers and mom in grad school meant paying $10 additional for internet access. Their website advertises a "State of the Art" and "Spectacular" mini-golf course. The website fails to mention that a single game is $3, or a day pass is $6, per person. They also mention a giant inflatable waterslide. They fail to mention (notice a trend?) that the slide is $10 for 8 rides, or $14.95 for a day pass. Lastly, they offer a shuttle to the Falls. But, again there's a fee. $7.00 per person, for ages 12 and up. Since parking at the Falls is around $20, this isn't exactly family friendly. Bottom line, for a family-friendly park, a family of 4 can expect to have additional costs of $68 per day. Of all the campgrounds we've been to, including Outer Banks, Cape Cod, and Disney, this was by far the most expensive. I felt nickel and dimed throughout our stay. For a park that earned the pinnacle award from Jellystone for excellent amenities, it appears they are transferring those costs to the consumers. We will not return - and will likely stay at the KOA nearby the next time we visit the area.

The site was uneven, the sites really need some improvements and upgrades. Gravel parking spots would be great and some pull through sites for larger rigs would be helpful. There are so many rules and management is micro managing the park, driving around continually. The office lady, maybe owner not sure, is not very friendly. She comes across as being kind of aggressive. Visitors are charged $7.50 each to come in the park. We had friends come in and pick us up to do a day trip with us; it cost them $15 to come into the park for probably 10 minutes to pick us up and didn't use any facilities, while in the park. I asked the office gal what the $15 charged was paying for, and she wouldn't answer, just said it's the rules. They couldn't have used the bathroom behind us anyway, it was out of order the whole time we were there. Suggestions for improvements- working restrooms; gravel parking spots; water hookups , where the hose doesn't fall into a cement hole; pull through sites for bigger rigs; garbage bins in more than one area (only one was near the entrance); less fees for visitors; and friendlier staff/management. Campgrounds should be run by friendly, inviting staff/management, so people want to stay there and return, as well as tell their friends for more future business/campers. They have what could be a pretty campground and inviting, but need some improvements and an attitude adjustment to encourage campers to recommend and return to the park.

We never knew we need authorized to park at public washroom! Moreover, it's a resort and all vehicles went through security gate before entering into the resort. Isn't that Authorized ?! When we questioned about the infraction ticket, the receptionist brought our concern to head of security and she came back saying the head of security - Rob McDonald reduced the amount to $25. We asked why at first place we received the fined because we did not park at the owners driveway or roadside parking. There has no sign stating "Unauthorized vehicle will be fined" Or "No Parking" Or "Maximum 20 mins for parking" Or even "No overnight parking" whatsoever. We were told Rob had left. We told the receptionist we want to speak to him in person to get a clear picture what exactly we did wrong. We were told to come back next day. We went back to office 4 times in total during our 4 nights stay and Rob McDonald refused to see us as well as give us a valid explanation what exactly "Unauthorized Parking" means that he was charging us for. The unjustified reason given is not up to normal standard. On our last talked to another receptionist, she said we cannot park if there is sign saying "No Parking" or "Cart Only". We went back to the public washroom and took a video wanted to show Rob that there has no such sign(s) at all. Again, Rob is busy and the receptionist gave us his email address asking us to email him to schedule a time to meet to discuss our concern. We sent him email the same day around noon time and we have not heard from Rob McDonald even after we checkout two days later. The management is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional like many other customers experienced. You cannot charge customers on something you cannot justify! To us, it shows they are so desperate to charge anything out of vacationers! We are new to the resort. In the welcome booklet, it says "Re-Book and get 20% off". We were excited and thinking of booking again (by extending few more days) until this incident happened. Until today (over a month), no email from Rob telling us what does it meant by "Unauthorized Parking" at the public washroom parking. Upon searching on the web, we realized we are not the first one who have been charged for parking at public area. We saw the management replies stating "We do not permit parking on the beach (for environmental care) or along the road (to avoid traffic congestion). Guests should park only in the marked lots."... What exactly does it mean? We did not see any "Marked lots" stating for CAR only ... we did see "RV Parking" and "Cart Only" ... It's reasonable to think the rest of the "parkings slots" are meant for CARS ... Right? If you do not permit to park on beach public parkings or roadside, why even put on parking slots divider / lines? It seems like another lame excuses. If you do not want people to park at public washroom or public area, you need to put up a sign. But again, its absurd people need to get permit to park at public washroom! We parked the car at the public washroom at around 11:40 ish am and the ticket was issued at 12:18pm!!! We are still waiting for Rob McDonald response. How exactly should vacationers knows where to park and where not to park when there has no clear sign(s) at public parking area? To Management, if you need, we do have video showing there has no sign or warning about parking at the washroom area.
