Some but not all include; broccoli carrots mushrooms and some other greens and cabbages. It's cooked to the perfect softness oh and they give a decent amount of meat (I've been to places where it's legit 4 pieces of chicken and that's it ._.). Even tho this has plenty of pairings to go with the vermicelli, I almost always get some deep fried tofu with it I'm a huge tofu lover! What can I say! The crispy tofu with a hint of spicy ness parking with the clear broth and noodles = for my tummy! Next, I got the avocado fresh roll my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach cause I couldn't eat this till much later I love how big and FRESH the avocados look! Avocado lovers will understand the difficulty of getting the perfect ripened avocados anyway. Love love loveeee these as well. I mixed in a teensy bit of sriracha with the dipping sauce for an extra Lastly, I got a Vietnamese Iced Coffee to go for my drive back to Regina. Low-key regret it cause it's S O much stronger than regular one that I ended up adding some oat milk to balance it out more...and I couldn't sleep till 4 am the next morning maybe I shouldn't have coffee after 3pm... I love how strong it is and will order again but definitely limit myself to only drink it in the morning If you can't tell, I recommend checking out Milu's cause they are located near me (when I'm in Regina) and cause they taste delish Oh, they have dine-in service but you always have to pay first. (Sometimes the service can be a hit and miss but most times it's good )

I got #57, Beef Stew with Egg Noodles ($13.95). It arrived in under 10 minutes of ordering. I am very happy to say that it was delicious! The meat was so, so tender. The flavours were also tasty and mouthwatering. I didn't want to stop eating it was so good. This is the type of dish that would warm your soul when you're sick. I couldn't get over how flavourful the broth was. My few critiques are that the service is lacking, I wasn't checked on nor was I offered chop sticks. And the soup was basically boiling hot when I received it, forcing me to sort of play with it to cool it down. I will definitely return, I'm not much of a noodle soup lover but Ngoc Van converted me. It's especially perfect on a cold, snowy day.

Maybe a bit weary of strangers but still polite and present. I decided to try their Vegetarian Banh Mi sub. It wasn't that delicious. A bit below average but still palatable. I am pretty sure their Boba/Bubble drinks are good but not sure if they are made with sugary powder or something else.

We ordered Hot Pot Soup, Spring Rolls and a few other wonderful dishes! The staff are knowledgeable and kind. The food is brilliant and every weekday there is a fantastic lunchtime buffet. People come back here and they bring friends and family who do the same. No flashing lights or circus clowns, just a comfortable atmosphere, palate pleasing dishes and a wonderful staff who will take care of you and your order to satisfaction. That being said, D & P Vietnamese restaurant is truly a hole in the wall restaurant that you probably didn't know unless you were looking. They also serve other cuisines other than Vietnamese, namely Thai and Chinese. I guess a lot of them are Renaissance cooks, knowing a lot of popular dishes and knowing how to cook them well. I was nice to be here and checking things out. I would think that it's a mom and pop type of operation, but I could be wrong. The atmosphere was casual and quiet. I guess on a Sunday evening, it's like that. I ordered takeout this time around here and the entire overall experience was pretty good, positive, and it was friendly for the most part. Can't believe there wasn't a yelp business page prior to my arrival. Oh well. D & P Vietnamese restaurant is located pretty much next to the McDonald's and the Chateau Regina hotel and suites in Regina Saskatchewan, along Victoria Avenue. They share the building with 3 other businesses. They be Accepting credit cards, so that's always a plus. I got here for a quiet Sunday evening dinner and the restaurant was empty, save for a table with a family of four who ate near the entrance. The prices here were in line with how other restaurants are, but it's nice when the exchange conversion benefitted me since I was using USD instead of Canadian dollar. The menu was two sided, but I didn't realize that until after I walked away with my order and noticed the noodles section and could have ordered the pad Thai. Oh well. It is what it is. I ended up ordering the special seafood stir fry, which came with white rice for around $15 CAD, along with some shrimp rolls to seal the deal. The service container was decent enough to where it was justified the $15 price tag. It had a few shrimps in there, but needed to be shelled. The entree was decently good and constructed. Along with the white rice, it can be pricey regardless. Still, stir fry and white rice made it remind me of home and how it was nice just to have some sort of reminder of that. I grew up on Chinese food so it was a good mix, I think. Wished I had known about the backside page, so I could have ordered noodles instead of the special seafood stir fry. Oh well. The wait time for the order was a good 10 minutes, since it wasn't busy at the time. Support local! B
