It's cooked to the perfect softness oh and they give a decent amount of meat (I've been to places where it's legit 4 pieces of chicken and that's it ._.). Even tho this has plenty of pairings to go with the vermicelli, I almost always get some deep fried tofu with it I'm a huge tofu lover! What can I say! The crispy tofu with a hint of spicy ness parking with the clear broth and noodles = for my tummy!
