Even with being a part of this school, I have to say I hold very little bias for it. It's not the perfect school; it doesn't have the most beautiful campus; Some of the professors couldn't care less if you think that their take home tests with questions they took offline were easy, or that cheating on those tests is even easier. However, there still remains a quality of education that I think solidifies how one should approach their career while in the industry, which is through self motivation and learning on your own.
Being a part of the Animation, Graphics, and Game Programming major here has lead me to open my eyes about what I'm going to have to do in the world, and that is to work at it with me, myself, and I. Some of my professors didn't have the experience with the latest technology to understand what we can do with it or they didn't have the expertise to answer all my questions, which is why I can say with full confidence, I can be self sufficient where others cannot because I went here. That is the beauty of this school: Survive here, thrive everywhere else. read more
