I am confident that this is because of the combination of caring and attentive teachers and a quality Montessori approach to education. As a result of what they've learned at Montessori, both of our children are very self-sufficient (pouring their own milk and juices, putting on their own coats, helping to cut and peel fruits and vegetables, and so much more). Since she began attending the toddler program, our youngest (who had separation difficulties at other schools) has become much more independent and self-confident. She is even excited to go to school and talks about her friends and teachers when at home! In her three years at Montessori, we have seen our oldest daughter grow in ways I cannot even describe--she is growing into a strong, compassionate young girl, with a solid foundation in academics and most importantly a love and passion for learning. This evening, as we were reading bedtime stories, she told me that her friend asked her how she was getting so smart and that she answered, "Because I like to read a lot!" (she has been reading independently since she was 4 years old thanks to her fantastic teacher and Montessori methods!)

Melissa at Concord Road found this out and did her best to accommodate all the kiddos, how nice is that? My daughter has been attending preschool at Concord Road for just a few months now, and she loves it! The classrooms are very small, only 8 kids in her class. There's lots of staff, resources, and everyone is on top of things. The building and playground are in excellent shape, and my girl is learning so much! Not to mention, tuition is very reasonable. We're so grateful that we've found this gem of a preschool

My son has gone to preschool here for 2 years and I could give this place 10 stars I would. The…read moreteachers are nothing short of amazing with the kids, many of them former teachers in private and Williamson County schools, and it is visible that they love the children and helping them learn in fun, creative ways. They have tons of active learning and fun activities with visits from the fire department, people who show them how to make apple cider from a press, guest story tellers, Halloween parades and trunk or treat, they have their own pumpkin patch, "friendship feasts" at Thanksgiving, breakfast with Santa, "career dress up days", way too many more to list! They have an annual program where they teach the kids songs and dances and the teacher even handmade their costumes. Then they provided each family a DVD of the whole thing so you don't have to crawl over parents to get a blurry video. My son comes home every single day with creative art work that is cute enough you want to frame it. He has learned his letters and numbers in fun ways like saying them while jumping on a mini trampoline and they spend as much time teaching them how to be good friends and respectful little people as school work. The teachers send home folders daily with specifics on what they did and learned that day and what they plan to do that week with reminders of any upcoming dates (and remind you of anything needed via email also). Communication is top notch, they will even let you know if your child is having a great day by texting a photo or if they had a hard morning, they will text you when they are all good (usually about 5 min after you leave!) From pick up and drop off to the order of the day it is a fine tuned machine. I was amazed today at the parade of how all the kids line up, use manners, and look so happy to be there. The classes are small (usually 4-6 kids) so they have lots of one on one attention and little friends they get to know and play with. It's really a special place for your little one to grow and learn and everything I ever hoped for in a preschool and a hundred times more. The tuition is more than affordable, especially for the attention and learning and genuinely caring teachers the kids get each day they are there. There are some great preschool programs in the area, but this place is one of a kind.

My wife and I took multiple Italian language programs and Jessica, our instructor, was the best (lei a' perfetta!). NCE in general offers so many classes, many language, skill learning, physical education, technical etc that there is really something for everyone. Their prices are very very reasonable (if you are thinking about learning a language look to NCE first - the others are very expensive). Our classroom was on W Charlotte in an old high school that was turned into a learning center, air conditioned, easy parking, a very nice learning environment. It is sponsored by the City of Nashville, and you can see their quarterly classes on line and download a quarterly education catalog (spring, summer, fall, winter). I came to Ensworth last minute to attend high school my freshman year. They welcomed me in with open arms and did not brag at all about their success but let the school and there students speak for itself. Yes, this school is very exclusive Pre 1st - 12th but it isn't for no reason. I cannot even begin to explain how phenomenal the faculty and staff is at Ensworth. I can go back and visit many of my teachers and converse about my endeavors and the growth of the school. They truly care. Also the college counseling department is very helpful with the students college application process. In addition, academically I was more than prepared for college. Anyone to say any different probably comes from a rival school which is natural. As a student I use to hear it all the time. If you do not want to believe me look at where our graduating students are attending school and their accomplishments just in high school. For example, out of my graduating class of 105, 3 students where accepted to Harvard and that is just the beginning. The facts are indisputable.
