Indeed, that is the actual name of their company, and it is appropriate because I genuinely believe they're the masters of demolition. It all began when Felipe visited to provide an estimate, and he observed, similar to my other contractors, that the entrance for the bobcat was quite limited at 36 inches. He confirmed that his bobcat also measures 36 inches, which I was already aware of. However, he examined the gas meter, which was protruding, and suggested that the great miracle worker Salvador might maneuver the bobcat through by slightly adjusting the meter and squeezing it in just enough. It impressed me because the other contractors had stated that it was impossible and that we would need to demolish the six-foot wide block wall on the other side of my house and reconstruct it afterward. I was not fond of that option because of the expense and time involved. When the skilled and incredible Salvador and his crew began their work, their method of tackling the job amazed me. They seemed genuinely happy and enjoyed their tasks. I have a feeling that the energetic Mr. Salvador set up a competition to discover the best performer of the day, potentially offering a prize for their hard work. Its remarkable, to see them work together effortlessly and at a tremendous pace. Certainly, I have to acknowledge my God for leading me to Master Demolition, as I would never have discovered such a team of workers without His guidance.

I was extremely pleased by the end product, but also, I was impressed by the journey as well. He was careful and methodical about moving around the property as to not damage the other existing structure, and he cleaned up the part of the site that he worked on afterwards. Chaz is professional and kind, which makes him easy to do business with. He really knows his stuff, and kept the project moving along. I'll be going back to Chaz for paving once we're ready for that part of the project. He screwed me out of half a day of dumpster rental, which left him making more money off the dumpster and me ripped off and with my job unfinished!! Very pissed and disgusted, here - should have gone with somebody else but Mike was so nice on the phone to get my business. Then when I really needed to get a hold of him, he blew me off ... he was not answering my calls ... and his phone voicemailbox was full (what?)! ... as bad as that is, worse yet, he suddenly started ignoring my text messages! ... but I understand why ... because then he screwed me and picked up the dumpster 2.5 days after leaving it ... not three (as was indicated at the time of sale) which is cash up front (totally get why, now!). When he finally got back to me (four hours after picking up the partially empty dumpster), he rambled through a BS discussion contradicting himself about why this happened ... which boiled down to he wanted to take the dumpster back from me early to make more money with it. And he knew could do it! Because he knew I lived 40 minutes away ... his final, seriously aggravating reasoning was that he so kindly waited for me there ... at 5:30 frickin am (when he knew I lived 40 minutes away)!!! ... to see if I would show up and physically "tell" him I needed it longer. And it was never disclosed to me that, apparently, it's necessary to speak with him "in person" (if you can) at day 2.5 to inform him that yes, you need to have the dumpster the full, agreed upon, three days. And he neglected to mix in with his BS reasoning arguments that he had temporarily forgotten how to read ... until shortly after he picked up the dumpster, I guess. I want and need my half a day back ... but I can't now ... I have no recourse. If you go with him, DO NOT pay him in full up front!! He took advantage of my situation and screwed me for his own benefit. If you do decide to go with him, this is the person who you'll be working with ... up to you.

When he came to pick up he said it looked smaller in the picture and asked for more money. I reminded him that I send him the exact measurements for the shed as well as the picture. He should have done the math as he stated that this is his business this is what he does for a living. It was not his first quote, estimate or pick up job. I feel this was his tactics to get more money at the last minute knowing that I needed the job done as soon as possible. To me thats being dishonest. He told me that he would rather refuse the job and go home to watch the supper-bowl game instead. Bad business and unprofessional!! I was very disappointed and upset because he wasted my time and put me in a situation to delay my clean up for the new shed delivery. I told him I would not pay more than what was agreed and I let him know that I will make sure to leave him the review that he deserved!
