After spending approximately $600 at the property, I was approached aggressively by a security officer named Leslie who demanded to see my identification. When I asked the purpose of the request, she was unable to provide a clear answer and instead radioed for additional personnel. Shortly thereafter, another officer named Cody and a third security staff member on a bicycle approached. They informed me that I was required to present identification related to my service animal or leave the property. I explained that I have a trained service dog that alerts me prior to seizures. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, once a person states that an animal is a service animal required because of a disability, staff are limited to asking only two questions: (1) whether the animal is required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Further inquiry--including demands for identification or documentation--is not permitted. I have been a regular guest at this property for more than five years and have never previously been asked for identification related to my service animal. Being required to leave after declining an improper request, particularly after significant spending, left me feeling singled out and treated unfairly. I hope management will review its staff training on ADA requirements for service animals so that future guests with disabilities are not subjected to the same experience.

Time for an update! This has been my go-to casino with my aging father for a few years now. A…read morehuge shoutout to the valet who are always willing to pitch in and help with his wheelchair and in/out the car. The restaurant is great and some of the staff even know us by name. The casino floor is small, which is makes it nice to find someone if you get separated, but that means the game selection isn't as great as some of the larger casinos. They rotate the games on a regular basis, which means a new favorite could be short lived and gone on your next visit. I personally like casinos with older machines (as in 20 years old) as they have a special charm to them with their cheesy graphics and sound. Because this is their newest casino, it's all new, very animated and sometimes loud machines. The one area that isn't up to snuff is their floor drink service. Sometimes you just can't ever find them on the floor. The last trip, I finally just bought a bottle of smart water from the snack place. I do wish they comped a little better as I'm used to Vegas level of comps, but it's not a deal breaker.
