OLD SCHOOL INTEGRITY & WORKMANSHIP…read more David's Flooring did a wonderful job on our new house in Issaquah. We are very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.

I did my homework on flooring/carpet in the area and David's flooring take a look. They were the only company willing to come take a look and get measurements in person. Additionally, they were the most responsive and prompt with quotes, estimates, and pricing. This job involved removing some laminate flooring, lining and cutting parts of the floor precisely, and ensuring the transition is smooth. They were able to supply my favorite plush carpet and take meticulous care of the hard floor trimming. The workmanship was top notch and glad I trusted David's flooring to make a big wish come true.

Prestige Flooring came through for us in a big way. We were moving into a house and we wanted to…read morehave the old carpet replaced upstairs before we moved all our stuff in. A week before we needed to move they said they would be able to start right away. Other flooring services said they needed 1-2 weeks before they could start. We were getting about 1250sqft of LVP installed in 4 bed rooms and a laundry room. After signing the invoice, Vlad's team demoed and prepped all the subfloor two days later. The day after demoing, they said they got the material they needed and went hard at work getting flooring installed. We communicated in advance that there were squeaks in the floor, we marked some of those squeaky locations for them, during the demo and prep they found more squeaking that they fixed for us. Their communication and pricing was amazing. Vlad kept in contact with us every other day via calls and texts. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by him and his team. Some other great details that stood out to me: One of their guys helped me move a heavy package upstairs without me even asking them. They saw I was about to move it and offered on their behalf During prepping they needed to take off all the doors and rehang them. They were able to rehang them better than when we moved in They did a good job at helping clean up a lot of the dust from the carpet and demo. They couldn't get all the dust as some of it required a mop The installers they have work fast and are quite experienced They labeled and organized all the baseboards/trim they took off and neatly put it in the garage. We chose to reuse it and they put it all back well. We just need to repaint it. You could choose to have them replace them and repaint them if you want. We are looking to have our downstairs floor done by them in the future. I was also pleased to learn that the Prestige also does painting at a very competitive price. We'll be looking to have them paint in the future as well. Tips for customers - Make sure you look at floor samples that include the seams, some samples may only show you a full piece so you may not see what the pattern looks like. Some lighter LVP wood samples may have sharp seam contrasts Mark all the areas on your floor where there are squeaks. After your floor is demoed, walk around on it and find more squeaks and mark them with an X using a marker so they are fixed up Get everything you want done in writing and signed off on Make sure the flooring service you go with includes a clause about an installation warranty in your contract. Prestige included one in ours

From…read morethe very first consultation, the team was professional, punctual, and genuinely easy to work with. We are also customers with disabilities, and Kenny did a fantastic job accommodating our communication needs. What stood out most was how patient and knowledgeable Kenny was throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of each material and installation approach, no pressure, no rushing, and just honest guidance so we could make the best decision for our home and budget. That kind of customer-first mindset is rare today, and we truly appreciated it. Their pricing was fair and transparent for both materials and labor, with no surprise fees or hidden costs. The crew worked efficiently and, at the end of each day, cleaned up completely. You'd never know they had been there. That level of care and respect for your home made a real difference. Kenny even made recommendations to make our floors look better. Most importantly, Kenny didn't consider the job done until we were completely satisfied. He checked in, addressed every question, and made sure the final result matched exactly what we envisioned. And here's the cherry on top: This is a small, family-owned business. In a world of big box stores and faceless contractors, it means everything to work with a team that treats your home like it's their own. Supporting a local family business that delivers this caliber of work is a no-brainer. We will absolutely be calling them again for our next project and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring done right, with heart. Thank you Kenny and team, we are really glad we decided to work with you!

My husband and I recently remodeled our home and one of our main goals was to finish the remodel ASAP. I can confidently say that Cabinets Core definitely helped us with that goal. With many construction material delays during that season, this was the only store, out of the many cabinet suppliers that we visited, where they had the what we needed in stock and in our budget. David quickly created a 3D layout, advised us with which cabinets to choose regarding use and availability, gave us a clear cost breakdown, and accurately scheduled the delivery. We decided to install the cabinets on our own and on the day of delivery, they made sure that we had adequate time to inspect each cabinet to our satisfaction. It's been 4.5 months since we installed the cabinets and we are still so happy with our decision of choosing Cabinets Core. If I have another project, I will be sure to reach out to them again.

Being 20+ years old, it needed lots of help. Given our current covid realities, finding a reliable and available contractor to take on my project was going to be tough. So I decided to start with the flooring and then go from there. I contacted Flooring n More through Yelp and they responded quickly. After some initial discussions, I advised Damir there were a few more renovation items on my list besides the floors and asked if he was interested in taking a look. After reviewing the list and doing an on-site visit, he agreed to take on my entire project. This included all new floors, some new Kitchen cabinets and modifications, new quartz counters, 2 bathroom renovations, fireplace refinishing and top to bottom painting. In the last 30 years, I have done more renovations than I care to admit. I have to say, this one was by far the smoothest, hassle free and "honest" project I've done. Damir put together a team that showed up every day and they put in full days. If some issue or delay arose, there was always a plan B to work on something else to keep things moving. They were accommodating with several changes and additions I asked for along the way. Sometimes these projects can leave a person feeling vulnerable or frustrated. Damir always stayed in contact with me and left me feeling assured. In 4 weeks, everything was done, no surprises. I love how everything turned out. While I'm hoping I don't have to do another renovation for a very long time, I'm so grateful I found and chose Damir for my project and that he agreed to take it on.

In…read moreApril 2025, my house had a water related incident and I ended up having to redo them again so I went back for another estimate in May of 2025. At that time, the wonderful sales person I worked with on my first order was no longer employed and they have this guy Marlon running the show now. I was candid with Marlon about why I had to redo my floors and needed a new estimate. Marlon was initially very pushy about getting directly involved with my claim even tho I told him I already had a contractor to do the work and I simply just needed the materials. After 20 minutes of saying no to his suggestion he finally gave me the estimate. He quoted me $4.19 claiming inflation impacting the price. Okay fine -- I go get the amount approved through insurance. Insurance approvals take a while so I didn't end up going back to actually purchase the floor until today, July 2025. NOW he's trying to tell me the price for the floor is $5.39. As if the cost of flooring skyrocketed up $2.39 per sqft in a matter of 8 months?! He told me to go back to my insurance adjuster and ask for more money and then it was clear to me this man was trying to take advantage of my claim by gouging the price of the floor. He knew my insurance was a grade for grade replacement and tried to leverage that to inflate what he wanted to charge me. Pure greed. Because how else does a floor go from $3 to $5.39 in 8 months?? Especially when I checked nearby competitors and no one else had raised their prices recently. I did love that floor but the pushy & predatory business practices were simply unacceptable (especially as a return customer) and I ended up taking my business elsewhere -- as should you.
