Whomp, whomp. I would like to point out that on their website it very clearly describes what is and isn't a large/small/medium area, small being what I just described, the face! In a desperate need to bid my lady 'stache and beard farewell, I agreed to this. After my 6 treatments, I noticed my hair started growing back almost immediately, mind you, it was a lot less! I decided to go back for a "maintenance" session. Again, the receptionist insisted I spend more money on the "bundle deal", which is a once in a lifetime offer (*gasp*), instead of paying for a single session. The look on their face when I asked for just the single was as if I laced the most raunchiest fart. They continued to insist I get the bundle. Just be mindful. They want their money, and they want it now lol. They have no qualms about up-charging you for something they know you desperately need/want. It's actually a great business strategy, however, quite manipulative.

They cleanses the face and then use the machine with different LED lights serving different purposes. End result is suppose to be youthful , healthier skin with firmness in every session. First of all, when I went to the store for the first time the consultation did not seem legit. She offered me a "discounted" price for a service and did not even really explain to me what it is. I did not even know what the original price was so I don't think that the discount was legit. Mary is a great person don't get me wrong. She offers a lot of samples for you to try. Although, she does reuse containers and did put one sample cleanser in a cleaning agent container used for surfaces which does not seem safe. Like can't you just get proper sample containers? She also mentioned that There was a discount for Black Friday for the website that they talked about but, I did not see the sale on the website at all and shipping for products takes forever to arrive. The products that they have are good quality but pretty expensive. There are a lot of affordable skin care products out there. As I gain more knowledge about skin care I've realized that she did not recommend a sunscreen for me or charted any of the products that are recommended or purchased. This would cause confusion on what products to buy. And not a lot of explanation on how they all worked. She also recommended to use exfoliating gloves everyday which seems way too harsh for the face as I think about it. She also answered a phone call during my facial in the room. The front desk lady is always great to talk to and they phone you a reminder for your appointment which is efficient. Very clean place and they have a Great selection of products in the store.
