Granted, it was near Christmas time and a weekend, so I can understand how a constant flow of customers is hard to keep up with. There were jackets here and there on the floor by the racks and the selection was ok. Perhaps it had been picked through though. They had a decent selection of brands there but my tastes are different than the brands that were available. That doesn't mean someone else won't love the choices though! The prices seemed reasonable and there was a great sale going on at the time (that certainly could have contributed to the lack of fullness in the racks). The staff was quite busy with everyone checking out but there were a couple people doing their best to help customers. Perhaps I'll go again someday but it is worth checking out to see if they have what you like. That is what shopping is all about!

I was the first person in the door today and was looking to buy a suit for a wedding coming up next week. The sales associates greeted me tepidly as I entered and I told them what I needed and when I needed it. I was wearing blue jeans, and henly, and my chacos. I was also carrying around 20k in my wallet in credit I could've used there. I knew exactly what I needed and the color/pattern I needed it in. A midnight blue suit. Nothing outrageous. The guy who helped me took one measurement, showed me two jackets above a $400 price point, and said, "That's all we have that's going to fit you. So are we doing this or what?" I wear a 46R in a suit jacket. I am hardly big or tall. He seemed annoyed that I was buying a suit and not as part of a group and even went as far as to say how odd it was that I was buying this suit on my own. "Shouldn't the groom do that?" I ended up at Kohl's. Put a suit together myself from their inventory and got out under $250. Long story short: Save your money and your dignity and shop elsewhere.

The quality of the product is just so much better, and you get more wear out of your clothing. The staff in the store is super friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my visit, even pulling things out of the back room that weren't on the floor yet for me to buy. They went above and beyond to make my experience amazing, and it really showed.

I made my way to the women's department and rummaged through the cramped clearance racks and took my armload of clothing I found to the register. What should have been around 250 dollars of clothing I paid only 60 dollars. Yay!! This is why I love Kohl's.
