I received a phone call the very next morning and was able to schedule something for the day after that. Fernando was extremely professional, and gave me immediate confidence in his company's expertise. When he arrived, he wore shoe covers and also a mask. He went straight to work after asking what problems I needed fixed. Within an hour, he was finished troubleshooting and increased my internet speed five-fold. He found several problems with my current set-up and addressed them all; he had all the tools and supplies on him and in his truck, so there was no need for him to come back. My mom was so impressed by his professionalism and demeanour that she asked if he could go to her house right after my appointment to address he computer, printer, wifi and television issues. Within an hour, he had fixed all of her problems and even called her internet provider for her to check and upgrade her package for mere dollars per month. She was SO happy, as she had a list of things that she thought would never get fixed, especially in this current environment, where everyone is more cautious about having people into their homes. He viewed my project several times before providing a quote. Weeks into the job he abruptly quit to take a "better job" telling me he could not do my job as it was too complicated for him. He left me with no power in several parts of my house and he completely lost the wire for my hood range fan. Jordan constantly cancelled and re-scheduled always claiming he had the "flu". My neighbors told me he spent most of his time outside smoking his vape pen and walking back and forth to his truck. His cancellations set everyone back as they were always last minute. He obviously did not have the skills for my job and he should never have taken it. He tried to blame me for his mistakes and complained that he was "forced to work" around asbestos, yet he knew all this before he accepted the job. Jordan lacks work ethic and he is not accountable. I had another electrician attend the day after Jordan left me without power and he fixed the mistake in 5 minutes. Jordan doesn't seem to understand that a good reputation is one that is earned and not something that is promoted by marketing and plastering the company logo on a truck or t-shirts. A wizard at all things electronic, with an engineering degree from the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu-- in the heart of Transylvania-- Marius Bleier transforms spaces into the entertainment and gaming enviros of imagination and dreams. In addition to designing and installing residential and commercial surveillance systems, B-Tronics also designs and builds smart home automation solutions, calibrates systems, and repairs and refurbishes all manner of used and vintage electronics. I recently had occasion to revive a vintage Marantz Receiver that had been in storage for 47 years. Following my failed attempts to get it operating again, I dropped it off at B-Tronics. Not only were they able to completely rebuild and bring the classic old-school amp back to life - and to original specifications - Marius also designed and fabricated a custom Automatic Speaker Switch Module, for me. Not available on the market, the device allows remote switching between two independent, dedicated amplified sound systems-- that is, my Yamaha home theatre, multi-channel surround sound system, and my vintage Marantz quadraphonic receiver. Basically, it allows me to utilize my existing surround speakers for both amplified sound sources - saving the expense of an additional four speakers.
