I reserved and paid through Expedia.com, when I arrived I was asked if I wanted a transponder for $15/day. I then had to show proof of my insurance and since my deductible is over $500 I had to "buy down" my deductible. All told I was charged $170.88. I then was required to put down a $250 deposit. I had to do my own inspection of the car and mark the paper. I then asked how do they work their early flights. She said they open at 5:30 and first shuttle is at 6am. I said my flight is at 6:30am. She told me my other option was to bring the car back at 11pm the night before, which leaves me stranded. After 2hrs from the point I was waiting for them to pick me up at the airport and receiving the keys to the car I finally left. NEVER AGAIN! Our son Rented a car from Washington online paid forin advance after arriving at Orlando and shuttles here to pick up rented car was told he needed a credit card in order to complete renting the car! He had his wife and young son with him! We were 1.5 hrs away in Deltona and after my wife got off the phone with them, we told them we would drive over there to give them a credit card! We drove an 1.5 hours and by then they said there was no rental because his time expired. And he had to call corporate office to get a refund, which would take days still don't know if you got it. Absolutely terrible customer service horrible people working at the counter very dishonest business. Do not trust them. Prepaid through Priceline or I would have never. The shuttle--we waited in the stifling June Orlando heat for well over an hour and a half for the shuttle that was to come every 15 minutes. Calls to the customer service # went unanswered. When the shuttle finally arrived (just before I went to get a taxi) the driver gave me the third degree before letting me on. The storefront--once we arrived at the storefront, we again waited in line for quite some time. I have rented cars before, and I know the process can be a little lengthy, but this was beyond the pale. There were two parties ahead of us and we waited no less than an hour to make our way to the counter. I did not have the same issue with insurance as other reviewers have noted, but the person ahead of me and the party after me both struggled with this issue. We too were pressured into the EZ pass and extra coverage. The vehicle--the vehicle was not as advertised and had visible rust and body damage that I made VERY sure to note. The Return--we waited in the car in the return lane for some time before giving up and going inside to wait in line to be told to put our keys in the return box. I made sure to get a signed condition upon return form, because I sure as heck didn't want any of that body damage pinned on me. We then waited outside in the heat for another 30-45 minutes for the shuttle back to the airport. Conveniently, there are no chairs inside the air conditioned office. Car renter beware!! There are many other inexpensive off airport rental car companies who treat people fairly so avoid this one. We rented a car from them with no problem & then 3 weeks later made another rental reservation but this time they would not accept our insurance, which was way more than adequate, & then tried to strongarm us into taking their expensive damage waiver. Their service manager was super rude & we could barely understand her broken English. We then cancelled the reservation immediately & they refused to give a refund so we had to file a fraud claim against them with our credit card company. As a sidenote, their bathrooms are disgusting.....no toilet seat & no toilet paper. Their yelp review response is autogenerated & was of no help.....wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to get refund but they were zero help. Arrived as scheduled with my young kids and elderly parents to the office. The car (compact sedan) was already prepaid so I thought it'll be a quick breeze and we can finally grab a decent lunch and check in into our resort. The office looked shabby and worn out, but I dismissed that as I am not renting an office from them I'm renting a car. There were 4 attendants at the counter yet I was asked to go into a booth for a "virtual check in". There a lady on the screen with a heavy Latin accent took a picture of my credit card and my driving license and started pushing their insurance on me. I said that the rental car insurance is a part of my Gold AmEx card so it won't be necessary (she already saw my card earlier). She asks me to go on my Amex app and show her that my card is enrolled... never had anyone asking that usually just the card in my possession on my name is enough. Of course I can't find that on my app since I have never had to in the past among all the points, balances, fico scores etc. so I find a description on americanexpress.com saying that Gold card has a rental car protection as its benefits of paid in full with that card... it's not good enough, she wants to see it on my app... the I remember that my Allstate insurance covers rentals as a part of their package. So I tell her and she asks me for the proof of the insurance. I got my Allstate ID card and she said it wouldn't cut it and I have to present their "declaration page", which came with our welcome package from the Allstate. So you seriously believe someone/anyone carries a declaration page from their car policies with them? I just flew on an early flight from Chicago and have hungry kids and elderly parents waiting while this virtual "assistant" has me feverishly searching my apps and my emails to prove that I know how to drive... finally I loose it and ask to speak with a manager. It gets even worse... he starts yelling that because of the "difficult clients" like me his company gets in trouble in case of accidents and that I HAVE to buy their insurance if I want that car. Outrageous... like seriously. Even if I did not have a rental car insurance through either AmEX or Allstate, which I do, they can not refuse the car rental because I sign the legal agreement with them that i refused their coverage and assume full responsibility in case of a collision... it's a legally binding document. But I was done fighting and proving so I just said I want to cancel with them... he said "can't do" have to call their main office in Maryland where it's impossible to get a live person on the phone ‍ STAY AWAY at all costs. They robbed me through a sophisticated scam. After they suck you in with very low prices, they then upcharge you for insurance & doesn't matter if you bring your verification of being self-insured. They said the Geico declaration of insurance I had did not cover potential out-of-service time for the vehicle if/when it was in the shop, and added $24+ a day to my contract. Also, toll pass was like another 30+ a day, every day, so I declined that and took the longer routes on the whole vacation to avoid tolls. The worst experience ever, and I have been renting cars for 40+ years. I booked this through Priceline or Orbitz for $285, prepaying $175, and they got $685 out of me. They pretty much know they have you have you as their shuttle drops you off there after a long flight, so what are you to do? Call an Uber? I learned a lesson the hard way. Hopefully someone will read this and NOT get robbed by this outfit. They did not even offer a bathroom there, and this older lady had been waiting for a shuttle back to the airport and needed one. I felt bad for everyone who got off a shuttle. There is so much more; when you get there, you go into a phone booth and have a video call with an agent, so they don't have to risk getting punched when they screw you with a royal scam. This place is a complete scam. I've written maybe three reviews in my entire life -- this is the first negative one. But it needs to be said. I travel often for work, and while renting cars is never fun, I thought I'd try to save a little money and give Next Car a chance since this trip was personal and on my own dime. Huge mistake. I'd read reviews saying they were pushy about adding insurance. Not a problem -- I'm heavily insured, and my credit card includes travel protection. I declined their extra coverage. The car seemed to be in decent shape when I picked it up, so I thought all was fine. Upon return, they claimed I caused two pinprick-sized chips in the windshield -- I'm talking tiny, smaller than nearby water spots. I hadn't marked any windshield damage at pickup because they were truly unnoticeable. Luckily, I took time-stamped photos at pickup that clearly showed the chips were already there. The employee told me "too bad" and insisted they couldn't have been there before, saying he personally checked the car in last time and would have noticed. No explanation for how my photos showed otherwise. The manager then handed me an "incident form" and told me to write how I damaged the car. I wrote that there was no incident I was involved in. He grabbed the paper from my hands, tore it up, and refused to give me any documentation showing that I had returned the vehicle. He stormed off to his office, slammed the door, and refused to answer further questions unless I signed a statement admitting damage. Of course, they also refused to refund my deposit. After a month, half a dozen phone calls, a dozen emails (with photo evidence attached), and contacting my credit card company and insurance, I finally got my deposit back. I truly believe they assume most people will give up -- but I refused to on principle. On top of that, their location is off-site from the airport, and the shuttle service is slow. Do yourself a favor and go with a real car rental agency. You might think you're saving money, but you won't be -- and even if you do, it's absolutely not worth the hassle. read more

I booked this rental car thru the Auto Slash website and it was a terrible experience. The Rental agents give the ultimate customer no service. It was a Sunday when I go to pick up my car near the Orlando airport and the agent wants some type of auto insurance declaration page and my insurance is USAA and they are closed on Sunday, no other car rental agency I have rented from over the past 50 years has ever needed this so i wound up having to get an Uber to another car rental to get a car. When I called Auto Slash to complain they told me to only use a car rental company that had a 3 star rating or above as the ones with a one star rating like Next Car has on the Auto Slash site. I went to Fox Car rental 30 minutes later that day and had no issues renting a car at a great rate and they have a rating of 3 stars. read more

BIG MISTAKE! I will not go into every detail but will try to summarize my experience so others can avoid my same mistake. DON'T BE BLINDED BY THE LOW PRICE It is a bait and switch. They provide these low prices online and once you arrive to get your vehicle they add on several fees, which nearly triples the price THEY WILL TRY TO FORCE YOU TO TAKE THEIR INSURANCE, YOU DON'T HAVE TO You can use your own insurance and they know that. They will tell you that youn cannot and try to force you to pay $25/day for theirs. When they realize you know the law, they will get an attitude and provide you with a waiver, but only after requiring you to provide your insurance plan documents (NOT YOUR PROOF OF INSURANCE CARD). Meaning your documents that show your coverage limits and deductibles, which most people do not carry around on their person. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA $19/Day FOR SUN PASS (Toll Transponder) PLUS TOLLS They won't allow you to bring your own THEY DON"T INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES, BUT YOU WILL They will give you a clipboard and ask you to inspect your vehicle before they allow you to leave. Meaning check the mileage, gas level, damage cleanliness, etc. Mine did not have any windshield fluid and also had a defective windshield due to warped tint. The person in front of me had a flat tire and behind me had a check engine light on. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. IF YOU EVER NEED ASSISTANCE, GOOD LUCK! The customer service line for this location consists of an automated machine (AI) with no option to speak to a real person. They will provide you with a WHATSAPP account to follow up with but even that is not a real person and takes 24-48 to respond. You can try calling the corporate headquarters but they are not allowed to intervene until after 14 BUSINESS DAYS and cannot even access your information because each branch is "Individually owned and operated.' GOOD LUCK GETTING BACK YOUR "SECURITY DEPOSIT" They will charge you a $250 security deposit. Most rental companies put a hold on your account, meaning it never actually charges unless something happens. If you return the vehicle in good order it drops off in 24-72 hours like nothing ever happened. This is NOT the case here. They charge you $250 and put in the fine print that it can take up to 30 BUSINESS DAYS to get your money back. Mine took 27 days to be refunded. I am pretty sure this is illegal and will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE DOES NOT SHOW UP EVERY 20 MINUTES AS ADVERTISED There is one shuttle and one driver (Very nice guy and the only bright spot of this experience). Be prepared to wait while other company shuttles come and go over and over. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was to the point that other companies asked who I was waiting for and even attempted to notify Next car, but since their phone line does not connect you to an actual person, well I'm sure you get the point. THEY WILL BOMBARD YOU WITH CALLLS AND EMAILS FOR REVIEWS They will blow your phone and email up after your rental to get reviews, until they realize you had a bad experience and were promised compensation. Then all of a sudden, "I am sorry that is not my department," starts to be the response or they just straight hang up the phone. THEY ARE FRANCHISED TO ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED STRIDE I don't know how a rental company can franchise their name to another rental company, but this seems to be where everything went down hill. So I had a $23 rental, I have the maximum insurance from GEICO and I have rented from every other carrier, according to them I had some kind of insurance that they require and charge me a little over $100 for that, by the time they finished adding other taxes and fees and easy pass charges that basically I said I didn't want, Cause I only have to pay like $10 in tolls but once they told me there's a $25 fee to use theirs and then I have to pay the tolls. It was gonna come out to the 35 they were charging anyway so my $23 rental turned into $175 rental. And although I speak Spanish pretty well, they put me on a digital virtual call with somebody who I told I would prefer to have this conversation with in English, but she kept speaking Spanish and it was so glitchy as she was cutting out left and right I couldn't understand her. ***THIS "BUSINESS" NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED*** This place is a scam! They also go by the name of "Capital Rent-A-Car" it's all the same company. NextCar just has such a bad rep that they had to create a new company under them or partner with another company, I assume. My car rental was supposed to be $5/day (for 6 days), and I use my own insurance (bodily injury & property damage liability $100k each person/$300k each accident/$100k each accident) but they demanded $500k/$500k in liability, so I called my insurance agent (after being told to hurry up even though no one else was waiting) and my insurance agent said that for my state of residence, that does not exist, the max is $250k/$500k. She said I must buy their insurance at $49.99 per day (6 days) it added up, I stressed over that because I didn't have that kind of money to pay. So she gave me a $10 discount per day, $39.99 per day (not really a big one), THEN, she demanded a $1,000 security deposit. I said "oh, sorry, I definitely don't have that, I was expecting a few hundred dollars, like $500" and she said "no, it needs to be $1,000" so I was about to leave but then said said "wait, we can do $500 because you did buy our insurance" then she also did tolls and it was about $12/day, so I added that because there are so many tolls in FL, not sure if it was worth it because I didn't care anymore because I was there for about an hour. EVEN if my insurance was suffice, there is still a $19/day "administration fee" whatever that means. So you're still paying a fee for it. Oh! The bus to the shack! The bus was supposed to be there every 15-20 minutes according to the Indian-sounding guy on the phone, but we waited an hour at the airport. I called again at 30 minute mark and they sent me to voicemail...? Bus driver is nice-ish, interesting driving skills for FL. I guess tailing other drivers is necessary haha! *If you know spanish, act like you don't so you know what they're saying in Spanish to each other (if that's an option for you) OR, if you know someone that knows Spanish, call them and have them listen to the conversation and translate for you and/or record the conversation and translate later. Because they will speak Spanish even though they speak pretty good English in front of you. They were training a new guy and he spoke English perfectly fine. I understand speaking a language that they are comfortable with to get a better understanding, but I'm questioning if they were speaking Spanish only to talk about how to scam me. (I am multi-lingual, just not with Spanish) Just avoid this company at all costs, not even as a last resort. After I had this experience, I spoke to my best friend who is an auto insurance agent for a few states, he said that they shouldn't have made me buy their insurance and that my insurance would suffice. So I felt completely ripped off. Especially since my insurance has special/additional coverage for rental cars too. I'm sure they got a nice commission from making me buy their insurance and tolls. When I left the office, I locked my card because they seem like the people to charge my card multiple times and have future fraud issues. They did try to charge me another $500, not sure what for, as I dropped it off outside of business hours due to having an early flight. I spoke with my financial institution and they ordered me a new card right away. Now I need a new ID because they have my ID info and I'm sure they would commit identity theft too. This place is located in a little shack a few mins away from MCO. The parking lot is full of cars, it's very crammed. All in all, this place is the most unethical business I've ever dealt with. Makes me sad to think how many people they ripped off. I would NOT be surprised if there is a class action lawsuit against them. I'm wondering if people got charged for something without their knowledge and maybe become victim of identity theft due to possibly lack of security or maybe they intend to commit identity theft. If there is a class action lawsuit against them, hit me up! Think of this, they have hundreds of negative reviews on Yelp, I've read some of them (after I left the shack) and felt SICK to my stomach because of how accurate the negative reviews were! Even on Apple Maps, they have just under 100 ratings and it's 92% negative (go rate them on Apple Maps too!). I did try to search for reviews on Capital Rent-A-Car but couldn't find any, which should have been a red flag and I just not book through them. Never will I do any business with any businesses that have no reviews in the future, that was my mistake and I learned (the hard way). This place is an STI of car rental companies. At the business we were treated horribly the employee was totally rude and abusive. Threatening me if I didn't purchase even more insurance and additional add on I would not be allowed to pick up a car. Was told my personal insurance and the additional insurance meant nothing and was not acceptable By this time it is about 11:30 pm in a strange dark unfamiliar areas. On the verge of tears this man continued to harasse and disrespect me I was litterally forced to what this man said to not be stranded with my granddaughter. When I refused to purchase the additional advance toll charge he basically told me I could not rent the car. Finally he threw the keys and told me I could take the white vehicle next to the fence. Did not walk out or describe vehicle go over anything at all. You fill out your own paper by this time I was so anxious to just leave facility I got on the car and left. It was not even the car I rented. It was a downgrade. When he charged my cc 500 he said it was just a hold and it would be credited the day the car was returned. It has been over 10 days and still no credit but I have received an additional charge of 66 for a toll charge on the last day. Tried many times to contact someone over these issue. All you get is a computer that text back saying they can't help me and would have some contact me to which never happened. Returning the car has it s issues a well. I was told 3 different opening times when we got to the facility at 5:30 am no one there we were like 4 cars back of people trying to return vehicles. Dropped car off and they wanted us to sit in a packed van until 6 before they would bring us to the airport Every seat in the van was full and no more room for luggage but was told they couldn't leave until 6:00 am. Some people called uber because of time restraints. I did and ended up having to pay a cancel uber fee because we were already packed and could not get out luggage out the van. Then he left at 5:55 I tried to go about correcting these issues the right way but I am getting no reaponse. Will continue to fight this until I get to the right people. read more

DO NOT RENT My experience with NextCar was the worst I have ever had with a company. We rented a vehicle from them from March 19th to March 24th for over $400. On March 23rd, our last day of vacation, the vehicle broke down, leaving us stranded at a gas station for hours. When we finally reached someone from the company, we were told it was our responsibility to get the car back to them--offering no assistance whatsoever. In 85-degree heat, we were left to fend for ourselves until a kind stranger helped us get the car running just enough to return it to NextCar. Despite this ordeal ruining the last day of our vacation, we were offered no refund--just another vehicle, as if nothing had happened. What a terrible experience we had, overall! We had to fly from Cleveland to Orlando for a family emergency. We didn't know we were going until 3 hours before we were on a plane. We had to drive from Orlando to the Villages (Lady Lake) so the fastest option would be to rent a car. In a hurry, I jumped online and used Priceline from my phone to book a car at MCO upon our arrival. We were given an estimated total of $175.95. I understand there may be extra fees or taxes, so I was prepared for a minor increase. I wish- first of all- that I had booked one of the rentals with a desk at the airport. I didn't know. We found our way to the shuttle over to Next Car and figured it would be just a few moments to their location. WRONG. The shuttle was crowded and made several stops around the airport to pick up travelers. When the shuttle was full, it left some angry customers waiting for the next one. The situation was tense. Our driver (Vincenzo maybe?) was very nice. After what seemed like an hour, we finally pulled up to NextCar. I immediately had a bad feeling. A run down lot, inadequate lighting over the lot, building looked like a total dump. As we got out of the shuttle, it was clear we'd landed in some sort of rental car vacation hell. Everyone looming around outside was visibly angry and making frantic calls or engaging in argument. One distressed woman even wished me luck as I entered the building. I waited just a few moments and stepped up to the counter. At this point, I was already to bail- everyone standing at the counter was in a very stressed conversation with the agent. Everyone was unhappy, trying to understand, and had lots of questions that were unanswered. I shared my reservation and the girl immediately started to pile on the charges. We were forced to take the toll pass, there was an extra fee for this and that, the insurance I signed up for upon booking was not the actual insurance. They put an extra $250 security hold on my credit card which I didn't know about. The total was more than double what Priceline quoted me. I paid $362.36. We weren't sure yet when we were returning, but the girl said we would be charged for the full days I booked, no matter when I returned the car. She also said we would be charged extra if we returned it to a different airport. I was very untrusting of this company and already stressed over the last minute travel and our family emergency. It was late and I wanted OUT OF THERE. I told the girl to cancel everything and refund me every dollar. I was going somewhere else. I told my travel companions, who were unable to find another solution, so after about 4 minutes, they convinced me to keep it. I told the girl nevermind, we would proceed. She said, I can't create a new booking, we're closed. Mind you, this was at about 7:30pm and the sign on the door said they were open 6-11 every day. Another lie. She said she already canceled it and there was nothing she could do. Surely, they didn't give away the vehicle in the last 5 minutes, right? She was not rude, but it was clear she was used to getting yelled at all day and she did not care anymore. She helped in no way, leaving me feeling like we were stuck in this hellhole. Then my uncle came in and questioned this, and MIRACULOUSLY she was able to create a new booking, but of course it would cost $45 to do so. We finally got a vehicle and tore out of that lot. We booked a reservation through hotels.com and arrived for our rental car pick up today at Next Car in Orlando in McCoy Drive. We planned to use our own insurance for our rental. After verifying full coverage we were asked to sign a waiver. On this waiver it requested a check box to be marked which stated that any damages to the vehicle including theft would be charged to our credit card. We questioned this and declined to check it because after clarity it ultimately states that we would have to be charged for any damage. The manager took the form so we could not have proof and ripped it up. We immediately requested a refund for our rental. The manager reported that it would need to be requested through hotels.com despite me showing proof that it would in fact be Next Car since hotels.com already paid them. They refused to honor our request. In addition to ripping the paper from my husband aggressively and proceeding to rip it up, the manager raised his voice at my husband and I had to intervene to tell him to calm down. I also contacted the police to intervene. This manager should not be in customer service. He was belligerent, he would speak in Spanish frequently which is extremely disrespectful to the customer and he was aggressive. read more

What a absolutely terrible experience. Very un professional, no one wearing Nextcar attire, and the office has no chairs and its dirty and car was not clean! '8 miles off site from Orlando Airport. We booked thru Priceline but the insurance they charge ends up being more than the car rental. You have to bring a declaration page showing your insurance. Who knew? Waited over an hour for shuttle, families had been waiting three hours when we arrived. My wife called after booking to confirm what we needed for proof of insurance and received text "bring a copy of insurance policy you intend to cover rental." We did and were told after arrival that our insurance company was not on list of insurance companies they accept. Our price would double. We asked to speak to manager and were told we would have to contact corporate office. Moved outside to call as noisy in office as others customers upset. Not able to reach corporate office went back in and was told reservation was cancelled and could not rent. Stranded far from anything, so needed to get ride back to airport and rented from mainstream company with cars actually at airport. Took a week and many calls to get past message, your are number x in line message that hangs up before you connect, and spoke to device representative. Agreed to refund part of the money. Not located at the airport and the shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive (the company quotes every 15-20 minutes on the automated phone message). Payed for a midsize SUV and received a Hyundai Kona (small SUV) . Front desk argued that the internet was wrong because her screen said so. It would not hold our luggage (2bags) Could go on and on. I wish I could negative stars. After reading yelp, trip, google - wow. Pls do your research. I learned my lesson. This place IS AWFUL AND TERRIBLE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL. Their name is Priceless, however they operate under NEXT CAR. No where in my booking did it state that. At the end of the day, I take partial responsibility bc I booked via Expedia. It was the first and last time I will use Expedia for car rentals deals. Stick with the brand name premium brands. For context, I flew from CA to Orlando, FL (We don't have toll roads in CA, other than fastrak) When you arrive at MCO, you have to get shuttled to their location, but none of the shuttles say Priceless. I had to call them and they told me to look for NEXTCAR. Then when you pick up they have a gross assortment of vehicles, nothing like what's pictured online. They (Brian) will also force you to buy a toll pass for $13/ day OR make you sign a waiver stating you don't want it and you have to pay $15 a day +taxes if you do end up using a toll road. Your $250 deposit will take 15-30 business days to release (no where was that stated). In fact, 2 employees told me it would release within 3 days upon car return. They do ask for insurance which is normal for rentals. When I returned the car, another employee (Harold) said if I filled out a survey, he will post it on his company chat and I should receive a $60 refund in a few days. What I thought was my silver lining. I called back to confirm (Spoke with Jade) and she said there is no such thing as all rentals are non refundable. I said I wasn't asking for refund, but the rebate for filling out the survey. She was perplexed. They're all liars. When I was picking up my rental, the lady in the other line was given such a difficult time she cancelled her reservation. No where in my booking was toll roads ever mentioned or obtaining a pass. Tolls vary from $1-$5 a toll, yet they charge $13/daily. AND they don't tell you the gate code when you exit. A disgruntled customer who was returning their car had to tell me, should have been a clue. DO NOT GIVE THEM any more business unless you want to be robbed. They're all shiesty. This doesn't include the detour due to lack of air pressure in the tires after 1 day of use. I filled all 4 with air at gas station, easy. read more

We reserved a rental car through Priceline. Maria from Next Car was very helpful in getting resolution to our rental car issues.

First off, Nextcar, Mexcar, and Oneswitch are all the same company. Everything is bad with this company. They gave me a Nissan Sentra. This car died at a gas station. When the car died and I called Nextcar, NO ONE PICKED UP, and I was absoutely stranded. I had to call my private auto insurance triple A to jump start my car. This was an absolute disaster and this car company does not care at all, they give you a phone number, and you cannot get a hold of anybody. This place is an absolute nightmare. This place will lure you in with cheap prices for the car on expedia like $10 a day. The first scam they do is they offer you to pay tolls unlimited but it comes out to $20 a day, when the typical toll in Orlando is about $3, but do not pay for the tolls because you can pay CASH at the toll plaza in Orlando. This place is a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. The shuttle to the airport is very very bad. When we arrived in the airport, the shuttle took OVER 1 hour we were waiting at the shuttle stop. Every other rental car company shuttle will come before this one, it is very sad. Customer service is super bad here because it's a bad company, you cannot have good employees when the rules of the company are so bad and the company does not care about the customers. Also, my reservation was $60 for 4 days before all the fees they took, then they want to charge a $2500 deposit hold on the very bad car they gave me, in fact again they gave me a car with a dead battery. Every single customer there faced issues, including us. This agency has absurd policies. They demanded the declaration page of clients' personal car insurance to waive their own coverage. They required a $250 upfront payment as a security deposit--this was not a simple credit card hold but an actual charge! In our case, they charged us twice, claiming the first payment didn't go through, even though my credit card company showed it had. We spent an additional hour at their office sorting out this mess.
