About a month ago I went in to get my flat tire fixed. They noticed I needed an oil changed and asked if I wanted to get it all done at once. I said go ahead so I wouldn't have to deal with it later. Turns out they charged me over $100 for a full synthetic oil change and never actually gave me any oil. I don't know if they removed the old oil and just forgot to put in the new, but a few days later my car started making really scary noises. I took it into my local shop where they discovered my oil was not even reading on the dip stick. Luckily I got it into the shop fast enough that my engine did not blow. Such a small, simple thing missed and I almost lost of my engine due to it. I'm quite upset with this place and will not be going back. To make things worse, we recently had a death in the family and I haven't had time to go in and complain to get my money back. Just beware of this place.

Now my disappointing experience: my car had no issues, but I noticed my tires getting pretty worn down. I figured I should be proactive and just get nice new ones. While changing out the tires they recommended a re-alignment, and I accepted. Immediately driving home I noticed an odd rhythmic buzzing/humming at certain speeds. This is probably just the new tires' tread, but I went back once and they said they fixed it and the noise was gone, but I immediately started hearing the same noise on my way home.
