I waited maybe 20-25 min then was brought to a room after having my BP checked. The girl who checked me in was very nice. She brought me to the room and told me that new patients have to show one hour before their appt. Which meant I had another half hour before my appt really was. She thought the PA would be in maybe 20 min. Well I sat for over a hour. In the room, my husband now waiting in the car for over 2 hours. No phone to call him. (He forgot it) It is good I decided to move the mask I started to feel sick. Well the PA came in, she was very nice. She Explained everything very well and did a exam. Feels I need a MRI next to see how bad my back is and what's going on. I ended up being there for over 3 hours. I now wait for a MRI appt and then go back to see the surgeon a month later. From the front desk to the lady checking me out everyone was very nice. I just wish I wasn't there so long my Husband said he worried something was wrong. Next time I will have him go in with me especially when the surgeon will talk to me.
