If I can save at least one person from using this company I will be happy. We had Next Level install pavers on our lanai and completely redo our pool. The owner is arrogant and emotional, not very professional behavior for a business owner. It really doesn't matter that there is a warranty on the work because he does not respond to issues with the work that was completed. I texted him on more than one occasion about issues I was having with the brick installation. He chose to just ignore my calls, refused to even come out and look at the issues. I Lost my home due to Ian. After the new house was installed Next Level came out and put pavers under the steps and a walk way to the driveway. After I was able to remove the stones on the other side of the driveway they came back out and widen it for a golf cart access. They matched the 14 year old paves as close as they could on both jobs. We contracted with Next Level Pavers to rip out our failing concrete driveway, widen and install pavers in its place plus remove and replace the Lanai pavers The job was scheduled for October 2021. We were told the job would take 5 days but in reality, only the lanai was done that quickly and the driveway wasn't completed until November and we were told the driveway did not pass inspection. We went north for the holidays but when we returned in January, the pavers at the apron on the driveway were cracking and one of the pavers in the middle of the driveway had a hole in it. We also discovered that they filled in the pool overflow drain with cement when they did the new coping around the pool. We contacted the company and were assured they would take care of it. One of the employees drilled out a small hole in the cement filled overflow channel which did not go back far enough and did not solve the problem. In the meantime, an inspection took place and the driveway was failed because of cement that was used to fill the space between the pavers and the road instead of macadam. We notified Next Level about this and also said we would like the pavers in the driveway and lanai cleaned and sealed. They came and powerwashed the driveway and lanai but they had to dry for several days before they could be sealed. We had selected the wet look seal and when the techs did the first coat, it looked great for about a week before it faded. At that point, the pavers at the driveway apron had still not been replaced. We called, emailed and texted multiple times about this and were assured those items would be taken care of. This went on for months and then Hurricane Ian came through. As we were cleaning up the mess left behind we realized that water was coming in under the sliders at the back of our house closes to the canal. It turned out that the pavers were pitched towards the house and level with the top of the rails for the slider. So we added that to our punch list. Finally, my husband met with Jason who was clearly annoyed by his insistence that everything be taken care of, including powerwashing and resealing the driveway and lanai. He said he would do the driveway again at no charge but the lanai would cost $800 in cash because he felt the problem was a result of the hurricane. We originally selected Next Level Pavers because of there stellar reviews, knowledge, competitive pricing and resources to do some the extra services that were needed like lifting the lanai frame and then replacing the rails and rescreening the lower section. read more

One of our neighbor's still was unfortunate enough to sign on the line and enter into a contract with these people. These people took my neighbors money any paid for the material and dumped theirs and about 8 other neighbors around the parking lot of our pull and left them there for over 8 months before they finally started putting pavers down and even then they would only do one or two driveways each week. So far even though this couple paid in full a few months ago this company won't come and finish the job so the county won't sign off as complete on the job. With this permit still open the homeowner can't get a permit to do any other projects nor could they ever sell the property because this gout won't finish what's he's been paid for. read more

Nextlevel did my driveway, screened porch, front, side and back walkways and a large area in back for a firepit. This was several years ago. The pavers looked great. However, it was difficult (and eventually impossible) to get them to come back and cleanup the huge amount of waste that was left. I made the mistake of paying in full before they cleaned up. One worker came out for a few hours and levelled some dirt in the side yard and said he would come back and finish. He never did. Multiple calls and texts left for Justin were ignored or he lied and said he would come and never did. I cleaned up the trash left by myself and placed on the curb. I picked up the small mountain of broken pavers left in the front and stacked them neatly on pallets. I moved brick by brick the new pavers left on pallets across my yard. They are still here, just in a corner of the yard. I shovelled the large bag of sand left in my driveway into my wheel barrow and moved it. Kinda hard; I'm 73. It was a disheartening experience. My husband finally hired a trash hauling company to come get the debris left. They filled up their dump truck with it. Now several years later, the concrete apron around the pavers is disintegrating and has totally collapsed in several areas. I will have to pay someone to come and fix that. read more

We hired Next Level to build a retaining wall and patio area in our backyard. Unfortunately, I did not do any research before we hired them and now, I'm seeing all the bad reviews. The whole project was rushed, and the quality was terrible. The crew didn't seem to have all the information about our project and some of the work had to be redone. They were heaving the blocks and pavers into the wheelbarrow and a lot of them were damaged. You would think that when placing them, they would choose a stone with no damage, but they didn't. Now the wall has a lot of big chunks missing in between the blocks. There were a lot of pavers that also had chips on the face and corners. I had marked the damaged pavers with tape and asked for them to be replaced with good pavers. Justin was not happy about it and told me that this is how the blocks and pavers came from the company. Even if this was the case, I told him that the crew should have seen the damage and used a different one. He removed some of the tape and told me he would not be replacing those. He had a hard time containing his frustration which made me feel uneasy. Ultimately, he did replace some of the pavers that I had marked and unfortunately, some of the surrounding pavers were damaged in the process. There were a lot of other imperfections that I wasn't happy with, and he did address some of those. There are still a lot of areas that bother me, but there's nothing I can do about it now. I have learned a great deal from this experience, and I will never make the same mistakes again. read more

We utilized Next Level Paver Co to power wash and restore/seal our driveway pavers. We were told that their process would restore the color to our faded pavers. Unfortunately, there has been very little (if any) change in the appearance of our faded driveway; so we paid $2500.00 for little more than power-washing. After complaining, we were contacted by the owner, who offered to remediate by re-applying sealer; however, after accepting his offer some 5 weeks ago, nothing has been scheduled and we have heard nothing further. At this point, probably safe to say that he is reneging on his offer and plans to do nothing to address the situation! My advise is to look elsewhere for your paver services. read more

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They were hired to level pavers, power wash and seal our lanai. They never communicated that the job was not done and when we contacted them about the status, they said someone would be out to look at it. Then no one showed when they told me that they would be there and then when I contacted the owner about not very good business, he called me and the first thing he said to me when I answered the phone is "what are you talking about" after I then asked who this was, he told me it was Justin for Next Level Pavers. He then told me that one of his guys was out to my house at 10 or 10:30 and I told him that nobody had showed up. He then told me that we would call me right back and he did in a text message five minutes later to apologize that his guy was not out there yet. Couldn't have the common courtesy to call me back because he knew he was wrong. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Who runs a business and calls the customer back before checking with your staff first. They finally showed up to power wash and left my pool a disaster with sand (which I had to have the pool serviced for) , They didn't then bother to me when they would back to seal, which they did show up the next morning but left the lanai doors open all day so all of the bugs got into the lanai. When we contacted Justin about our troubles he offered a 100.00 discount and said they his guy only left the lanai doors open when they were there. Nope they were left open ALLL day and no one was there. He said that because of being short staffed due to covid and the weather was the cause. Well I can you tell COMMUNICATION goes a LONG way, which we received none, I had reach out numerous times to get no response. When I did response I was told someone would be there the next morning at 8:00 am and of course no show. Your Staff problems are not your Client problems.
