RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...

We choose to support small business whenever possible and were well rewarded with Vinny. He provided a solid estimate, was on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and was courteous and personable throughout the job. Our pool deck pavers required removal, leveling, some replacement, some new cut stone, strip from old cheap seal and reseal. He ensured our home and pool were protected from chemicals and minimized the dust / sand contamination to the pool itself. Our pool deck looks brand new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sherman and his crew did a great job rescreening my pool enclosure with superscreen. I waited 16…read moremonths from Hurricane Irma after getting the runaround from several other rescreening companies and being quoted ludicrous prices. Aluminum Concepts came with a recommendation from the aluminum and screen supplier, who I know personally. That says a lot. He lived up to the recommendation, showing up on time, getting the job done exactly on schedule, and going above and beyond to repair some small issues not addressed in our contract. I asked about ways to reduce my gutter maintenance, and Sherman recommended gutter guards, which work remarkably well so far - I knew about these, but was hesitant to install them, but now that I see them installed professionally, I get it. They also showed up with all the right ladders and tools. They even had some custom built tools specific to the trade that made the job easier. It's clear that they know what they are doing. I am a trade contractor myself, so I know good workmanship, and I know the challenges that contractors have. Sherman handled everything professionally and gave me confidence to trust his judgment. I'm glad I chose the superscreen, despite the added cost. I don't think I would have made the investment if I didn't hire someone who I thought would back the product. Now that I know they do a whole array of aluminum gutter and soffit work, I'll definitely be calling again when the time comes for further service and installation work. I am happy to publicly recommend this company.

We now COMPLETELY regret going with this company simply so it could get done sooner. We have numerous leaks along the gutters, it is obvious they were not sealed properly. We were also told a 5th downspout wasn't needed and we are dealing with a significant amount of run off now where it should've gone. Additionally, we also asked for a spout to be moved as we communicated that a new fence gate was going in a certain location and a downspout was installed in its way. When addressed we were told that they would have to come back out at a later date and then was told it was going to be an additional $150 charge, despite us communicating where the new fence was going prior to installation. Needless to say we are beyond disappointed in the installation and service and truly feel taken advantage of because we expected it to be done right for the exorbitant amount we paid, comparatively.
