Even reached out to reschedule when we had the 2 days of rain. Skylar showed up on time took the big job on by himself of the hedges and returned next day to clean up one of our native palms. He required an upfront payment of $800, which I paid, along with a signed contract that I thought was legitimate. However, once he received the payment, he completely ghosted me. For the next several weeks, I tried repeatedly to get in touch with him. When he did respond, he gave me countless excuses about why he couldn't start the job--always promising "tomorrow" or "next day." After over a month of waiting and being strung along, I requested a refund of my $800 and asked to cancel the job. He has completely ignored me since then, and I still haven't received my money back. The tree remains in my yard, and I'm left feeling scammed. It's incredibly disappointing that people like Mike take advantage of others, especially when you're already dealing with the stress of a natural disaster. Avoid this company at all costs. Lastly, I tried to repot him to the BBB and he is not even registered and my legal counsel informed me that the documents he promoted me to sign, we not legitimate at all.

We have been at our property for under two years and have been focused mainly on big house projects since the purchase. However, we wanted to get ahead of hurricane season by taking trees away from the roof and gain more protection from wildfires by cleaning up the wooded areas that were overgrown and encroaching on the house. We also wanted to make the woods more accessible and create some more space for future projects. Dave is very energetic and creative with a lot of ideas. He also has the experience completing complex large-scale projects. Dave creates partnerships with other companies he trusts, along with his own crew, to do the work. The work the tree company and his crew did was phenomenal. Not only did they really listen to us, work super hard, they went above and beyond as well to make sure we were happy. Every person working here was respectful of us and our property. We feel like a whole new world has opened up here, and Dave keeps reminding us that this is only the beginning of the possibilities.
