When he did respond, he gave me countless excuses about why he couldn't start the job--always promising "tomorrow" or "next day." After over a month of waiting and being strung along, I requested a refund of my $800 and asked to cancel the job. He has completely ignored me since then, and I still haven't received my money back. The tree remains in my yard, and I'm left feeling scammed. It's incredibly disappointing that people like Mike take advantage of others, especially when you're already dealing with the stress of a natural disaster. Avoid this company at all costs. He told us what we needed to do to get the utilities marked and cooperated with the documents required by our HOA. His well equipped and polite crew of 5 showed at the appointed time, got down to work, and completed the job in under five hours. They even planted some of the discarded plants to fill in gaps in our back hedge.
