I waited for 10 minutes in line without anyone taking our orders before one of the workers snapped at someone ahead of me that she couldn't take any orders right now because they were too busy. On top of that, people kept coming in to check on their online orders they'd placed long ago and those also weren't ready. Ridiculous. I was really excited to have a Tropical Smoothie so close to me but I honestly wouldn't recommend this specific location to ANYONE.
