I submitted all requested information for agent to generate a quote, and I never received the quote. I attempted to follow up with Dan several times via phone and email and he has not responded. Communication is very important when doing business. If the agent was not able to find coverage for the property, the professional thing to do is to communicate that to the customer. Customer service and follow-up is not good which is why I do not recommend this company.

A+++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…read more I highly recommend this State Farm Insurance Agency with Sherye Sims, and all the wonderful help Cyndy provided to help me with my policies. I had a policy in MD for many years with them, and then recently moved to FL. They helped me transition my insurance policy to FL, but I had troubles with the MD MVA to transfer my license plate/title/registration. As a result, the MD MVA decided to fine me for an insurance violation for a lapse in MD insurance coverage. I immediately called, and Cyndi helped me get a policy backdated. However there was a gap in coverage for about 30 days. When I got to the MVA, they verified all the paperwork and even waived insurance violation fee. Cyndy and Sherye helped me resolve a complicated and messy situation between the MVA of MD and DMV of FL, and I'm so grateful for their support and great attention to detail.

Cyndy took her time to answer all my questions and numerous phone calls to explain each policy in detail and the the coverage I was requiring. Cyndy is a great insurance agent but even more a great person who - like most of us - has a family and insurance needs of her own. So Cyndy was able to give real world advise and never tried to upsale or over insure my life - giving me the right coverage for the right products, at affordable rates that beat out all the quotes I received. Dealing with purchasing insurance is never one of those things that most people "like" to do. However Cyndy Jermain made the experience so much easier with her way of explaining things and was truly available to answer those questions that hit you long after your call has ended. I highly recommend working with Cyndy Jermain and State Farm insurance. Cyndy Jermain works in the Sherye Sims State Farm Agency office and will help you find the right product with the right coverage!! It will help you sleep better night knowing the "what if's" are fully covered should a "what if" ever happen. Cyndy also helped my college age son with his first renters insurance policy and made sure his new computer for school was insurances properly. Her policy was more than 1/2 LESS than what other companies charged for the same coverage. My sons insurance with State Farm ended up being a lot less money and more coverage. Thank you so much Cyndy Jermain!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with the Chase Colgain State Farm office in Kingsville,…read moreMaryland. My concerns involved automobile coverage, premiums, billing, vehicle changes, and documentation. I repeatedly asked for a clear explanation and accounting of my policy history, but I felt my concerns were not being adequately addressed. I was also asked several times to resend information I had already provided. Some of my telephone interactions with Chase were, in my opinion, rude and unprofessional, including calls ending while I was still attempting to discuss the issues. I also had concerns regarding policy actions and communications involving my wife. After being unable to resolve everything directly with the office, I filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration so the records and circumstances could be independently reviewed. This review represents my personal experience. I believe insurance customers should receive clear answers, accurate documentation, transparent billing, and professional treatment.
