I was nervous about switching insurance companies since I had beeen with mine for 20+ years. Friends always gave positive feedback about Geico but the thought of having to speak with someone about all that policies involved was discouaging. I started with online quotes and to my surprise, the rates were totally unexpected... in a good way. I couldn't believe it so I kept going back in and adjusting coverage and still rates still were much more comparable than what I was paying even with increasing coverage in some areas. Finally contacted Geico office at 7915 Belair Road 21236. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley to begin my transition. She made this intimidating process much easier that I expected it to be. The relief I felt after this process was refreshing. Thank you ASHLEY!!! I will be contacting you shortly for next policy change. New Geico Customer Rhonda Johnson :) read more

Dear GEICO Management, I am writing to recommend Ms. Amy Quiles, your Licensed Insurance Agent at the local Baltimore Office for her outstanding service on March 9th, 2018 when I was looking for an affordable auto and home insurance quote. I had the most extraordinary experience with her and have nothing to say but excellent feedback about her professionalism, compassion, knowledge, and patience in assisting me to meet my goal while I am confident it also met GEICO's business and service goals. Her compassionate and tireless search to come up with an affordable auto/home quote helped me to choose GEICO over other competitors. There is no doubt in my mind that agents like that are an asset to any organization as such in maintaining both business and service objectives to the communities. Sincerely, Soraya Shir read more

Joe Ruggiero worked with me as long as I needed to understand all of my options. He even made me aware of savings I had not previously researched, helping to make my premium dramatically lower than my online quote. He was kind, courteous, patient, and even had a nice sense of humor. He was also very efficient in getting my policy taken care of all at once with extensive consideration to what would be most convenient for me. He went out of his way to make certain that my questions were answered and that I understood what had to be done right away and what could be added later. I would strongly recommend talking with Joe at Geico for anyone insuring in Maryland. read more

I am amazed how easy and fast getting a auto quote was and changing to GEICO has left me feeling better covered, safe and not to mention I saved $746/yr. I have had my policies in the past with Allstate, Progressive, and Elephant I have never been satisfied with the claims and helpfulness of those companies. Wayne was wonderful at the local White Marsh branch on Bel Air RD he even helped me set my homeowners up. I wish I did this a long time ago. I am so glad GEICO has a local person for harford county that could help me. I keep rambling because I am so very happy about this seamless change. THANK YOU MR. GECKO :) read more

CINTHEA!!!! Hands down the absolute, most amazing agent at this location. I can't describe the level of professionalism that she possesses into words. She has her clients best interest at heart at all times. She ensured that my policies had everything needed to be fully covered. She is very knowledgeable about the insurance industry and everything GEICO. With every question or concern, she handled it and followed up in a timely manner. I couldn't be more proud to have Cinthea as my agent as I begin my auto and home insurance with GEICO! Cinthea I can't thank you enough and I appreciate you! read more

In July, my insurance policy was up for renewal and I needed to stop procrastinating out of a sense of loyalty to the company that I had and check for a better rate on my policy. After doing a little searching on the internet and receiving a flyer in the mail,I went to Geico office on Belair Road. I was met at the office by Lori Joswick who was a great help. She took the renewal policy from the previous company and matched it up with their policy and saved me a substantial amount. She made the transition relatively quick and easy. It was a good experience. read more

On May 20 we were in a major accindent and the CRV did great, air bags and body crushed all to keep us safe. Honda was totaled and I spent hours getting quotes from 3 dealers and Heritage was the only one to keep price the same when we came in.....TERRIFIC!!!! even the GM Bill Star came out to say hi. We are going to service our new honda crv with heritage. BTW we have GEICO insurance and they were great as well handling claim, followed on line, phone etc.... our 2012 crv was totaled and we received more then expected and believe me I spent hours checking. read more

Zhandra at the Baltimore Geico office was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me think through which coverage options would be best for me, advocated for me to get the best price (by insisting I see if any of my organizations are on their discount list) and got in touch with my previous insurer to ask a quick question immediately after we hung up. Zhandra was incredibly kind, considerate of my time, professional and on my side to get the best rate. I would recommend anyone in Baltimore looking for a good quote from a great person to go to Zhandra. read more

Mr. Nnamdi called me after a few weeks I got my online quote and he was very professional and very helpful! I was having a lot of issues with trying to figure things out with insurance and his random call actually saved me a ton of money but also saved my mental health over worrying about all this. He let me call him back and I was able to plug in his numbers in other companies and it turns out he saved me a ton of money with an even better deal! Ask for Mr. Nnamdi when you call Geico! read more

I have all three vehicles insured through Geico. Then when my son bought his own car, he checked around with different companies. Geico on Belair Rd gave him the best price on his own policy. He was surprised at how low the policy price was and it provided more coverage than any of the other companies he priced. They took the time to help a first time buyer figure out the best package for him. I trust my family to use them and I recommend them to you. read more

Rebecca was over the top excellent in how she helped me switch my insurance to Geico. We worked for 2 hours together going over every possible aspect of my coverage for my cars and homeowners insurance. The final result was me saving about $300 for both versus staying with Allstate. Anybody needing insurance should dial 410-882-8200, push 9 and ask for Rebecca when someone picks up the call. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

I just visited this local Geico agent to switch from another insurance carrier. Since I needed some help getting exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, I decided to make the switch by seeing a local agent instead of doing it online. I received great help in fine tuning my auto and renters insurance. I highly recommend this agency and the agent who helped me, Mike Jackson. read more

Patient with us and went through all our options. Gave us recommendations on where we could cut costs if we choice too. It was not all about making money, but providing the level of insurance that made sense for me. Left my old company, who I had been with for over 30 years and saved over $700 a year. Very very happy with the level of service I received. read more
