I immediately called his office to let them know everything that happened and they literally did everything above and beyond what I could have expected. The representative that I spoke to was helpful answering every question I had and assured me multiple times that he would take care of it and it would all be OK. He took the time to set up my claim and worked around my schedule with the Repair Shop, as well as the Rental Car facility to ensure that everything could work around me.
