They even went as far as faxing and emailing our renters insurance documents over to out leading office for us. When the complex said they didn't receive them, this Agent stayed on the phone with me for about 15 mins, until they DID receive the documents they required, for us to get our keys. Radiator was replaced and $1,170 later I got my car back on 01/09/2026. Had my car for a whole 5 hours and it broke down. Had to tow it back to Whitemarsh 11pm on 01/09/2026. A coolant leak has now evolved into a dead vehicle!!! It's 01/12/2026 and still not repaired and they will, no doubt, require full payment. This membership is about to get cancelled period!
