Yesterday I went to get my car…read moredetailed, not real dirty I am pretty clean. 1st time I had been to the new location to get a detail. I use to love going to the old one in Biloxi because the customer service was great and I could put my tip on my card. Well I 1st drove around the place 3 times before I could find someone to tell me where to go, no signs that made sense? Then the guy who finally explained what to do talked so fast he made no sense so I drove around again and by this time I was furious. 2 of the guys who do the detailing talked to me and they knew I was angry and did some yelling. Then I realized one of the guys (teen) went to our church. He took my car. I Went into the waiting area and the chairs were such hard plastic they were hard to sit on and I was there for an hour. So of coarse when my car was done I had to go to the bank to get the detailer a tip. He did a fabulous job! If not for the fact I knew the young man and he was the only polite one with another young man who was helping him I would of never went back. I will not go back again. For a place who use to have such good customer service it is now not for me. 1 star

She made me feel like a valued customer before she explained the amazing car wash price. I thought this was too good to be true. First of all I am communicating with a very customer oriented representative who had tremendous knowledge and treated me like family! I felt like a winner before I had my car washed. Nope it does not stop there, after I had my car washed it looked like it just came from the new car show room. What an amazing value for the car wash. I must mention Slater, the other representative who took care of my cousin. I hear he is just as nice as Natalie. Both of them should receive the Gold Customer Service award! Thank you for your great customer service and an outstanding car wash! I highly recommend this establishment for your next car wash while you are in the Gulfport/Biloxi area!

This morning, I was driving my daughter, and she wanted to stop by Rich's for a car wash. When we…read morefirst arrived, there was a young female attendant doing some bad suggestive selling and ineffective communication. I clearly told the attendant she [my daughter] didn't have a subscription. The attendant walked away to speak with someone regarding a tag number. My daughter only wanted to purchase a single, inexpensive car wash. The matter became more interesting with the next female attendant. This attendant (located at the bay area) was not having the best morning. Her countenance said it all. She began to give bad instructions on how to line the vehicle up properly onto the conveyor. This female attendant was having trouble being verbal. Once she was forced to become vocal, she wanted me to respond to her rude, aggressive behavior with submissivness. The instructions she was giving were lacking in competence, experience, hospitality, cognizance, and coherence. The customer service was poor. The situation for the service became sour. I wanted to leave. My daughter took over and drove. This was a bad move as the youth [car wash attendants] weaponized the police. She didn't fear for her life. The situation was typical. She acted a Karen because I matched her energy. This lady almost caused several thousands in vehicle damage. I was banned from the premises and if the owner looks into this situation the owner will find that the wrong person is in the wrong position. Both of those females need to be enrolled in college with perfect attendance on the dean's list (and not dealing with the public: a pink collar job perhaps). This attendant caused unnecessary actions and is definitely the wrong person for this job. I don't recommend a flex car wash for many reasons unrelated to this incident. If you have a chance do a Bing search or Google search for "non-conveyor touchless carwashes near me" then do that first. I was left wondering where the brains were to the beauties.
