Well, I did and they would not return my phone call. Finally, I resorted to contacting the more expensive authorized repair service for my brand refrigerator. After 30 minutes, the technician diagnosed the problem which, unfortunately, is going to cost me a new refrigerator. This second technician took the time to explain and show me the exact problem (for which I have some knowledge). Had Triad bothered to take the panel off inside the freezer, they would have seen that the evaporative coils were hopelessly iced up, indicating that the system had some sort of blockage.
