I recently became a fan of this shop. I stepped inside this shop to look for a certain video game which was sold out everywhere. Literally.
It was actually a good friend of mine, AJ, who brought this video game under my attention. Ni No Kuni it's called. It's a Japanese RPG. So AJ was very excited about this game, monologue-ing the living sh*t out of it. Anyway, I decided to go out and buy this game at one of the big video game stores. But to my dismay, it was solled out everywhere on the first day of it's release! On my way back home, sad as I was, I cycled past this video game store I had forgotten all about. I stepped inside and just as I did the guy working there showed another costumer this game I wanted to buy. Damn! I thought it was the last one, but they had about five in stock! Woohoo! My inner nerd was happy! And still is, because this game is awesome.
You may be wondering why I didn't give this store five stars, or you may not. I'm going to tell you anyway. Their prices are a little higher then at the bigger game stores. I paid €65 for this game, where at the other shops it would have been €60 if they had them in stock that is. On the plus side, this store sells a lot of games you will never find at the big resellers.
So go on and support this local video game store! And buy Ni No Kuni... read more
