Some people may think that they are pricey, but I say you get what you pay for. I have a hearing loss concern and I have to say the support I receive is the best part of having my hearing aids. Their dedication to their product, and assistance is top notch. I don't need a cheap amplifier or dealing over the internet or phone. If I have a concern I know I can get in to have it addressed. I receive a free hearing test every year and a free hearing aid checkup every three months.

He can't breathe, he is extremely sick from the antibiotics that they put him on over the weekend at the ER - and in horrible pain. We waited 3 days for our appointment, only to get there, sit in a room for 30 minutes, just to have the nurse come back in and tell us that we have to reschedule for another day because the doctor got pulled into another surgery. Why on earth are you scheduling office visits for a doctor that is on call or has a surgery day??? There was no other doctor in the office. We have schedules to work around too. I took off work, my husband took off work, my son has been out of school for 3 days waiting on today's appointment. These doctors obviously care about nothing, and assume their more important than the patients they are seeing. I am so completely upset by the horrible experience we had today - and will make sure anyone I know never goes here. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. We will be going to Children's - which is where I should have scheduled with in the first place. Lesson learned!!!!!

The center itself is very…read morenice--everything seems very clean and new; there are tons of magazines in the waiting area and a special kids corner with toys. All of the staff were very warm and friendly. They made sure all my questions were answered and were great with my son. I'm so glad we had the option to do the procedure here vs. a hospital as it was so much quicker, easier, and more personal.

Our experience with this practice has been TERRIBLE! On several occasions...their staff has been rude, uncaring, inconsistent, uneducated and difficult to deal with. Their office hours are inconvenient and their processes are out dated, painful and unnecessary. I switched from a wonderful practice in Crestview Hills, only because of the location. With my daughter's weekly allergy injections, I wanted to find a doctor closer to home. Now we are stuck with ENT & Allergy specialist for the next year and it's extremely disappointing and frustrating.
