Most companies mentioned a days long turnaround time for PCR test results, and those offering a quick result were only offering antigen tests, which is different than PCR. Though the cost of the test here wasn't cheap ($200) I had the results in 15 minutes as advertised, and since I needed the results that same day it was worth the cost IMO. Staff were friendly and seemed to be observing extreme safety measures in the face of Covid - Customers were required to wait outside and a staff member would be out to help them, staff members were wearing gloves, gowns, masks and face shields, etc.

Guess where I'm switching my prescriptions to. I've used Pill Box for years for a compounded prescription. They always provide fast, friendly, service. I finally realized they do regular meds too. (that was our first interaction) yes i'll have it ready for you i go in and the prescription proceeds to be $68 now i understand pharmacist do not have to accept insurance so i say you know what i can't afford all that so let me just get half a refill and i'll pick up the other half when you figure out the insurance. i call back a week later to ensure that they have the other half of my prescription and if they are gonna accept my insurance me: hello sorry to bother you again. this is john. i was just making sure that when i pick up my other half of my prescription i won't have to pay out-of-pocket since i have a zero co-pay and i have oscar insurance. will you accept my insurance this time (pharmacist: maybe depends on how i feel?!?!???) me: ok??? time comes to pick up the other half of my prescription and i get there. me: hey so you never called me to say you accept my insurance or not.( i just drove here on my bike in 98° heat with my dog which i did not mention) me: i look over at the pharmacist once i recognize his voice and i say oh you were the unprofessional one that said you might accept my insurance correct? pharmacist almost ready to jump over his desk screams fuck you get out of my store!! me: i laugh and point there's that professionalism that was over the phone. i should've expected this and not even wasted my time driving here as i walk out nearly being chased out which could've resulted in a physical altercation with an older pharmacist at his location. avoid this place at all costs. there is an older man that should be retired by now running it who is dangerous uncompassionate and almost got physical with me while i had my little dog i'm an honest person and this is an honest review, but this place had everybody staring at the pharmacist by his actions and how i called him out for being unprofessional. he probably lost all his customers in the store at that time as and i will be reporting this to the proper channels and maybe even getting a lawyer because of the unprofessionalism in medication that is maintenance meds. and not informing me he does not accept insurance until the last minute so that he makes you pay a truly evil person that has been probably jaded by working too long in this industry and needs to get out of it and that is my rant and my experience today and how that pharmacy functions everyone that works under him we're just smiling with their head down knowing they work for an insane person and they're probably not gonna be there long because he will be sued or lose the business because of his erratic actions. if possible, i would give zero stars i should've sat out front and called the police, but i'm gonna go to the marketing route and hopefully if people don't listen, they'll experience the same thing and he'll get more of these reviews

This means a line builds up when someone is looking at the shelves and cannot make up their mind about what to buy. Only one check stand open. It took an abominably long time to buy just a few items. To me, prices didn't seem to be any lower than other stores--like a normal CVS--that are less crowded and provide faster service.
