I scheduled a free in-home water test through Home Depot, which was handled by Florida Energy Water…read more& Air. What was supposed to be a quick 30-minute water quality check turned into a 90-minute high-pressure sales pitch. The representative was extremely pushy. I declined the offer multiple times, but he continued pressing to the point where I felt forced to explain my personal financial situation just to get him to leave. Even after several clear "no" responses, he kept pushing new offers like "six months no payments" and "free soap for life," none of which made the situation feel any more professional. To make matters worse, I was not left with any paperwork, no water test results, and no actual information about my water quality--only pressure to buy an expensive system. This experience felt more like being cornered into a major financial decision than receiving a simple service. After raising my concerns to the company, the president initially responded, but when I followed up with a detailed account of what happened, they stopped communicating altogether. If you are approached by Florida Energy Water & Air for a "free" test, be cautious. My experience left me feeling pressured, disrespected, and like my time was completely wasted.

Inspector came and failed the system due to the unit was place right in first od outside faucet. Wojw up this morning and found unit sprung a leak and whole side yard was full of water. They were scheduled to come today to move equipment away from faucet The white PVC piping cracked and was leaking water in 2 places. I tild them to cancel and take equipment and they told me its been over 3 days so I can't cancel contract. Not sure how thry figure that since it was only moved today and fixed. As of right now I fi not know if it is working right due to no electric in area. I am not a happy customer.

I came across some serious family issues and needed to cancel my plans of getting solar put on my house. It was also more than 10 days after when they said in the paper work they were going to have the construction done on my house. I hadn't had one thing done to my house by them at all. NOT ONE THING. They put a lien on my house and are insisting me to pay 5% of the contract amount. I asked them to take off my lien and they said no. I told them I would most likely be willing to take them to court and they said if I did that then they would change their request to the entire amount of the solar system. My solar was going to cost $50k so I now have to pay the 5% if I don't want to file a law suit on them which I will. That's $2500 for getting nothing from them. I've spoken to other solar companies and read through their paper work and not one other company I've seen holds their customers feet to the fire like this. I would never recommend doing business with AC/DC Solar LLC. If you have signed their paper work cancel it quick before the 3 days are up. Do not sign their paper work.

I had to find most of the items for the room, Mr. Hines assistant doesn't know how to order supplies! This was in Oct of 2017. Recently we are having problems with the flooring they installed (it is separating). Shower knob has a problem with keeping the water hot. Defective knob. Called everyday for a week and they finally returned my Dad's call and told us the company is too busy to do any warranty work. Mr. Hines assistant said he would put this on their calendar to one to two months, then they might be able to repair these items. Mr. Hines builds rooms for a reasonable price but follow-up is NOT customer friendly.

Everyone is super responsive, super easy to communicate with, and very prompt. Additionally they stop by the project routinely during the progress to ensure it is being done correctly and with a high attention to detail. We never felt dismissed if we had a specific question or concern, and we felt that they chose great trade teams to complete specific work; dry wall, plumbing, tiling etc. The biggest compliment I can give is how accommodating they were to my schedule with working from home and having an 11-month-old. They made living in a construction zone tolerable. We also greatly appreciated that everyone they hired to complete work in our home also seemed super trustworthy and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable in my own home, alone with a baby, and with different construction crews around.
